Terrible company, tracking got pushed back the day it was supposed to be delivered with no explanation. I offered to pick the shipment up from their warehouse but they couldn’t be bothered to get it out of the truck. Then they stopped responding altogether.

Worst delivery service I've ever used.
Terrible Customer service.
Terrible tracking
Terrible at delivering when they say they will.
If you have a choice in delivery services, save yourself alot of stress and money and use some one else.
I wish I could give negative stars.

Terrible. Do not use. Had an engine shipped, they held it for over a week because they couldn’t get a driver to deliver it. I ended up going and picking it up, pallet was destroyed, engine covers were all trashed. I would trust a warehouse full of kindergarteners with my shipments before these idiots.

The phone number listed on there website and Google is a fake number. I've gotten emails from Bryce every now and then but he never responds back. This has been an on going process for 6 months now trying to get in contact with these people

The manager an older fellow came out bellowing at me for not having a mask on while on the platform. While waving his in his hand! All the while none of the employees except the clerk girl was wearing one. Aside from this hostile and Unprofessional experience the service itself was very poor, my order got lost twice and they called me once saying they were in Michigan trying to deliver it? Anyway very poor service. Sounds like the manager needs an attitude adjustment and the orders need tracked better.

Learning the freight shipping language was a challenge. I had MME, or one of the subsidiaries, pick up a part in Northern Illinois and bring it to Salt Lake City. No issues, and friendly folks on the phone.
