Meijer is clean, well-organized, and has a friendly staff where it's enjoyable. They offer a much wider variety than Hy-Vee which makes it worth the trip plus they have great prices on quality products. It is so nice to be able to go up and down the aisles and find new products.

Everything is good in the store. But how do you shop if you don’t have enough trolley in the mart. This is not the first time this is 4th time in 2months. We shop water here a lot so what does management think? How does the people carry the them. It should be taken care as quick as possible. If not you might lose the loyal customers like me.

I look at Meijer as an upscale Walmart... which is undoubtedly needed these days. I always opt for the amount of optional choices in products and those products are typically of better quality too. Meijer is always much cleaner and you don't have to chase down employees to find keys to access typical merchandise that is locked up.

Waited in line 30 minutes today. Understaffed. We spent 10-20 minutes shopping and 30 minutes online. Good prices, not sure if it’s worth it.

Meijer is my go to grocery store. They have a great selection when the shelves are stocked. It is common to find only the Meijer brand available on an item or two. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Use self checkout if you can or prepare to wait a little.

Edit: 11/2/24 - literally nothing has changed. Go in to grab a couple things real quick, get to the front and see a 30 cart line with half the self checkouts closed and only 1 normal checkout open. I don’t know why I keep coming back it’s not even cheap or good it’s just annoying. Went back and put everything back where I found it and I’m going to Walmart.

Previous review from like a couple years ago- Genuinely sick of this place. You have the best time shopping, great selection, no big crowds, decent prices but then you go to checkout and there are zero lanes open, only half of the self checkouts open (and of those half 2 are out of order) and 10 people waiting in line with giant full carts. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve shopped for like 30 minutes only to get to the checkout and leave my cart where it is and walk away. I’d rather fight crowds and have a quick in and out than deal with an understaffed store that purposefully closes HALF of the self checkouts for the night, right at their busiest time. It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to go to the produce section to get in line to checkout and wait in line longer than I took to shop.

I’ve been a regular Meijer shopper for years but over the last many months have noticed issues with product availability and long lines waiting for check out (with only a few lanes open). I used to be able to find numerous gluten free items that are now either limited or no longer available. Disappointed!

This store's run like a joke. 11pm and we have all the self checkouts closed with 1 lane open. Am I checking out at a grocery store or waiting on line for a ride at an amusement park? Not to mention, no signage outside the other door when they have it closed. Instead you need to learn the hard way every time. Who ever runs this store needs to be replaced immediately.

Edit: After waiting in line for over an hour and without an announcement the one lane closed leaving everyone out of luck. No other employees came to help. Several people walked past and didn't do a thing. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Have them wait for over and hour just to tell them to go home. Terrible. After this experience I will not be returning. I had an online order in for tomorrow that I already cancelled. I'm done with this clown show.
