Had an alignment done it was way out by the time they were done still charged $145 I called to get answers all new parts on it and still had excuses

Four expensive new tires later, these peeps sent my sister off with tire pressures ranging from 31 - 47 psi. (recommended pressure is between 40-45 and none of them were in that range). Also broke four wheel nut covers putting them on. Then they tried to tell her the reason one of the tire sensors was going off was because "the sensor is going out", but they'd be "happy to fix that".

Are you kidding me? I wouldn't let these idiots work on my worst enemy's bicycle, much less my car.
