Arrive at 6 am if you can. Line up, a receiver will approach you & your truck. Rcvr will quit naturally need your bills. Rcvr will also ask for your CDL #. Rcvr will write your trailer # onto a blank paper & have you tape it in your windshield where you feel comfortable taping it but it must be visible for you to be approached by one of the people who will lead you into/out of caves. That person will lead you to your door in the caves. That person will also hand your signed bills back to you after you are unloaded. Also, at check-in, rcvr will have you slide your tandems all the way out. When you exit the caves, following the person in a vehicle, who guided you in there, stay towards your left & slightly move close to the orange cones & after you clear those, safely turn left in the gravel lot, make a u-turn, so that you are facing the road you came in on. Pull up so that your ICC is at the cones & the rcvr will check your trailer & release you. No o/n parking on this business' yard. Love's travel stop in LEAVENWORTH INDIANA is 11 or 12 miles away. This business is not far from I-64. There is a railroad right after you turn onto path that looks like a blacktop. If the RR is active, that may cause a delay but I do not know if it is or not. Also, at arrival, you will see a building, on your right that looks like a guard shack, it is, however, drivers do not park & walk to it because the rcvr will come to you.

Workers seemed a bit unorganized and uninterested but I was in and out rather quick. Arrived at 11:00 for an 11:45 appointment. There were about 20 trucks in line waiting ahead of me and I still got a door by 12pm. Was loaded, checked out, and on the road again by 1pm. Beware that you will have no cell service anywhere on property here, including outside of the cave in the parking area. Most docks inside the cave are also extremely tight to get into if other trucks are docked beside your door and also require blindside backing. Combine those two factors with the fact that you’re in a poorly lit cave and it’s a recipe for disaster for those who don’t take their time and pay attention to detail.

Great Experience! Appointment was at 0645. Showed up at 6:25. Got checked in pretty quick then had instructions explained and a white paper with trailer number put on window and told to park in parking area. Once they were ready you follow a car inside the cave. Unloaded and given paperwork by 0745.

Cool place, nice experience.
Pretty simple rules. Check in, slide tandems, park in the line. Wait for the escort to call you to come into the underground warehouse, fast unloading, pick up the papers at the gate and good to go. In total take 2-4hrs to finish everything.

Aparrently there is no overnight parking even though there is lot of space. Pickups are nice and smooth, groups of 5 trucks are escorted in - loaded in 30min - and escorted out where they check your seal and paperwork.

No overnight parking.. I go there for delivery at 3 am but the guard shack told me come back 6.30 am … fast unloading.. no lumper

Arrived 0730 for 0800 appt. Out at 0822. Takes longer to drive in and out than getting unloaded. Also waiting for escort to take you out takes longer than unload
