The staff are the kindest most gracious humans I have encountered in a long time. They provide so many services, which are always completed with competence, patience, and respect. Whenever I leave the shop I feel like I should get them a present!

I have been coming here for years and everyone who has helped has always been super friendly. A few weeks ago though, Nick truly went above and beyond. I showed up with a dozen packages right when they were about to close. The register and lights were already off and he was walking out the door. He offered to stay, but once I told him how many packages I had and that I still needed to handwrite the addresses, he thought of a solution where he could lock up and close the interior gate, but have me leave my packages in the PO box lobby and the shut the lobby door when I was done. I'm pretty sure USPS, Fedex, and UPS wouldn't have been able to provide a win/win solution like that. I'm so glad to have this service in the neighborhood!

I had been a customer of this place for years without issue, having a PO Box with them and receiving and shipping letters and packages. I have cancelled all my accounts. It's really just two people who work here--an older guy and a younger guy. The older guy has always been super nice and helpful, the younger guy is incredibly rude. They overcharged me $60 this month and he would not even hear me out about it. To the older guy: get this kid in line, he's costing you business.

Came here for a LiveScan fingerprint background check. Scheduled an appointment online, was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Recommend calling ahead to let them know you're coming in (I went half an hour before my appointment time and they were happy to serve me). Fingerprints sent to DOJ and results in 15 minutes. Super nice guys and very satisfied. Would recommend coming here for LiveScan! They're also the only location open on Saturdays in the area.

Nicest, most helpful and courteous people work here! I came to drop off prepaid UPS and FedEx, they gave me clear envelopes without even asking g. So refreshing to come across helpful people with a great attitude. They also gave me rested for a fed ex pick up and were so patient and lovely! Excellent collection of things like cards and small gifts, stationary etc!! Highest recommendation! Top knotchnprofessionals! Made my day to come here!

Terrible terrible experience. I went there for my I-9 form verification and it’s supposed to be a super straightforward and easy process, just scanning some documents. But the staff there were so UNPROFESSIONAL and scanned the wrong thing every time. I was helped by two different staff members there and none of them were able to get it right. I made two trips there for this, and the verification is still unsuccessful now. Really have no idea what to do cuz I’m no longer able to schedule another appointment. I have a strict deadline on this and it caused me sooooo much trouble.

The new owners....now over a year, I think, go out of their way to make any mailing, or UPS needs, easy.
In normal times tthey were fast and efficient, and helped make smart decisions on manner of shipping. Since SIP, they are running their location in such a "sterile" manner that it is the only public place I've gone.
