Shelves aren't stocked unless some big wig is coming.
Part of the store has AC issues, leaving customers and workers to be in this environment. There are always things out of stock everywhere, particularly in produce. Workers there are like robots with no personality and either ignore you completely or give attitude when asked a question. This location needs serious customer service classes given to staff. Half the time when it's busy the self checkouts are either broken or closed. I dread shopping here and always choose somewhere else when I am able.

I rank this the worst Frys in Arizona. Homeless all over the parking lot. Laveen does very little to manage the homeless population. The parking lot should be patrolled 24/7. I will never shop at this Frys again. If Frys can't control the homeless in the parking lot- I will shop elsewhere. If you care about your community, do NOT shop at this Frys.

Not the usual Fry's I shop at....
The Fry's Foods was nice , but outside , the blue pill smokers are EVERYWHERE....McDonalds , Circle K , the parking lot , etc.
They ( pill smokers ) need to be gone from there...the sooner the better....Circle K ( I bought gasoline ) has a message broadcast on the P.A. outside telling people "No loitering whatsoever" , No camping , No "loyal to the foil" clowns permitted.

Great place to go grocery shopping and find seasonal goods like BBQ grills and decorations. Nice clean store and friendly staff. A great variety of goods. I shop for groceries there and have rented a rug doctor there before. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the restrooms. They are horribly kept. I'm surprised that a business that keeps itself clean and organized everywhere else would allow their restrooms to get so bad.

Busy place, think cattle herd due to the volume going through this store.
I get my prescriptions here. The fastest well run pharmacy around. Knowledgeable, helpful, and dependable. The pharmacist is kind and patient.

The seafood guy Jacob was so very rude! I'm pretty sure you're supposed to NOT sell frozen seafood if it's advertised fresh but that's what I got. He went to the freezer and got frozen catfish nuggets, half wrapped them and threw them on the counter. I asked him why he was acting like that and he said this is how I act. I told him my food wasn't even wrapped and he just looked at me and said that's the way I wrap. I found the manager Don... and told him how I was treated and he was so kind. He stated that is not the way we do things here and he took my package and re-did the wrapping. He also said he would be speaking with Jacob. I was here visiting from Georgia and I am disabled and this incident really upset me as well as my young granddaughter that was with me. I hope Jacob gets some customer service training.
