After shipping with this company many times before I would say they really need to work on their customer service aswel as communication between their corporate and actual store location. The Orlando location is definitely lacking professionalism. The lady working at the desk could use some training on how to speak and greet customers. Beyond that the last time (January 2023) I travel to this location I called the day before (4-5pm)to confirm their hours of operation since I knew I was traveling from a far distance. After driving for almost 2 hours I arrive to see a taped note on door stating they would be closing early for annual holiday party. I then had to scramble and find another shipping company near by. I went with Lara’s shipping. A place I will definitely be visiting in the future.

I surely would recommend this shipping company. The reason for using this company, the price is reasonable, the barrel was overseen and clear by them and delivered to the designated address in my country. I shipped from the United States to my country. When I arrived at my designated address, nothing was missing from my barrel. All my items were accounted for. I have recommend a friend and she used the the company and was 100% satisfy like I was. Seems like they are not competent enough to update their hours on Google. Really a waste of customers time. Notice how mo one responds to ANY of these reviews, shows how much they care about their customers satisfaction. Maybe business is too good and they can't be bothered.

We used this company to ship a container to Trinidad—well it was more of a barrel they sold us. Shipping was reasonable as was the price of the barrel. We loaded it up and it was probably 200 lbs but you still only pay the same flat rate. I don’t want to say what it was in case things change but it wasn’t bad at all. They were courteous and quick. They took the barrel from right behind our car and into their warehouse once we sealed it and filled out some paperwork. If shopping to the Caribbean try this place.
