Appt: 9am , arrived 8:40am
Once you go straight after the stop sign, you’ll see the guard shack and the gate, wait till you get to the gate and for the guard to tell you to bring the paperwork and your ID.
If live loaded: after dock 139( or 138), they’re will be a door on your left to go into. Sign in and give paperwork to office personnel. Wait and they’ll hand you paperwork with door assigned to you. Back into dock and wait.
At 9am, they have a 15 or 30 min break .

They don’t care 45 minutes here and two trucks went in this is not right. Don’t west your time they want their load on time but they don’t want hair same employees to do the job right.

leaving this for other first time truckers. you pull up to the stop sign approaching the building then go straight right into the entrance. entrance and exit is at the same gate. you will have to wait until the security guard pulls up to the gate to open it for you. i read other people waited an hour, i waited about 10 minutes. all loaded drops are on the first right, you will have to 45 degree blind side unless u manage to u turn, i was able to.
empties are on the other side of building. you are required to exit with both doors open for some reason, i tried to with one open she still made me open the other for whatever reason. upon entering she asked for BOL and driver license, guard makes u walk up to the booth, she will yell at you to come down lol, good luck

1st time coming to NFI/Kohler & RMc truck gps did not have location.
24 hr facility EXCEPT during shift changes (6-7am), the GATE is closed by security. Park by the Orange Cone on the right side.
I used P&G 100 Mars Rd Wilmer TX taking 45S to exit 269*P&G is 1st building you see, turn Left and NFI is the only bldg on the corner of Mars Rd/Millers Ferry.
There was not an empty to have my trailer preloaded. Waiting for a call b/w 1 & 2nd shift so I can get going.
Shipping/Receiving is back side of the building after dock 245...if you get to dock door 231 just look for the WM10 door.

There is a QT exit 273*Love's exit 272 & Shell/One 9 truck stop on exit 270. They all stay busy, earlier is better to find parking.

oh how gloomy here no one arrived waited at the gate for 40 minutes arrived not polite woman so angry 😠 fat did not let me through called the police I just drove away and cancelled the load I do not recommend coming here.
