The people are very friendly but beware buying from them. If something is damaged and they don't catch it you are out of luck. I bought a curio cabinet and had it a couple days. When I turned on the light I noticed a scratch that was very hard to see. I ask the people to check it out before delivering. If they did they would of noticed the scratch. I paid 1000.00 for a scratched glass and they are refusing to fix it. I imagine they think I did it but I'm not like that. If I would of done it I just would of not said anything. Also make sure the bolts are tight when they deliver any couch. Mine were not and one fell out the night I got it. They did come out and tightened them but it's not worth the hassle or the high price you pay for the items. I will never spend a penny in this store ever again. I was a new customer and if that's how they treat there customers. It pitiful that our community has to put up with such liars and cheats. My opinion is be very alert on what is being delivered to you. Check it out top to bottom. Inside and out. Cause if you don't you are out a lot of money and have a damaged piece of furniture that you spent a lot of money on and stuck with it. They deliver your stuff with nothing covering your piece to protect it.

We’ve bought two recliners from this store and they ended up being junk. One of them had to be repaired several times and the other one you sink so far into the seat that you have to climb to get out of it. I can’t even sit in it anymore. Others have stated on here that they stand behind their Products, if that’s the case, then why did we have to pay for a recliner to be repaired several times when it wasn’t very old?
