If you're interested in pickup load from here, you're better understanding. Get 💯 cat scales from the nearest truck stop ta express 17 miles away . The only thing is overnight parking outside loading docks watching 👀 out for largely potholes. They took forever to load me up in 22.5 hours, get loaded, and rework

Huge, nasty pothole right in the parking area. Couldn’t even see it coming because it’s dark and raining.

Scraped the hell out of my bumper—lucky there’s no serious damage (as far as I can tell), but that’s beside the point. This shouldn’t even be a problem in the first place.

Fix your damn parking lot, Keller. This is ridiculous.

Be prepared to be here for more then 24 hours also if you go in and check on them you won’t find anyone loading your truck go elsewhere lazy people work here management needed on both shifts

Do NOT deliver cream at this hell hole me and another driver came here Saturday morning to unload two loads of raw cream and it’s Sunday evening and we’re still here with no answers they broke the seal to get samples and that’s all

If I could give less, I would. My appointment was for 1300, and I got there at 1200. Given a door at about 1430. 1630 I go to see if I can get an e.t.a on when they would be done loading me. Was told "it's a big load and I'm leaving at 1700 and I don't care." Went back to the office around 1730 to check again. Was told day shift put it off on night shift. It is going to be another 1.5-2hrs until I'm loaded. It is now 1830, and they just started. My appointment was for 1300.

Open 24 hrs. Open gate, You can go in and park to the docks area. Nobody will bother you if you have del or pickup here.

Showed up 4 hours early due to my DOT clock. I was placed in a dock immediately. They do offer overnight parking and the staff is very kind.

4 stars because they don’t offer a clean bathroom. Just a porta-potty that is out in the 100 degree Texas heat. I really wish shippers realize that we deserve a clean sanitary restrooms . It’s a let down for sure.
