It's a shame this store doesn't care about their neighbors.

The employees are nice, but the truck drivers are the WORST. The Jewel trucks never turn off their engines so all 15 apartment units that face the back of this store have to deal with the ridiculously loud semi trucks just SITTING and rumbling. All. The. Time.

Ever single morning I'm woken up. There are over 15 apartment units that have to listen to these trucks right outside our windows. Every. Single. Morning.

I'm not talking about the reverse beeps that every truck also does, I'm talking about the ridiculously loud rumbling the trucks make when they just sit there EMPTY. No one inside.

This truck has been sitting outside my window for over 20 minutes. The Receiving department was no help with the issue.

These trucks are literally the reason I'm moving. It's disappointing that the store isn't more caring.

This location is convenient, but it is a smaller store. Therefore the selection just isn't quite up to par with other stores, especially in the produce and frozen foods sections. I find the layout to be a bit more confusing because it almost feels divided into two main sections in the middle. For quick shopping trips, it's good, but I don't expect to find the same variety of the larger stores. The staff, however, is always very friendly, and they seem to do a very good job of keeping shelves stocked and fixing up the place.

This Jewel-Osco is pretty decent. The cashiers are always friendly. They have a really big produce section. They also have a large selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The cold beer selection and cold selzer selection is huge. However the cold wine is limited. They have a very large floral and balloons department. The front end is well laid out for long lines, which move quickly.

Bait and switch store. Purchased a few small items today. No human cashiers. None. Zero. Had to get managers' help with three sales items. This has happened every time we shopped there, for a more than a year. Blatant dishonesty. Criminal theft.

Price gougers. Absolutely bonkers they would choose to charge these high, made up prices. Do the right thing and don’t give this monopoly your money.

Member I could find was the lady running the self checkout. She was swamped.

Came to this jewel last minute as I was just at Mariano’s on Lawrence and received the worst service. The gentleman Noah was very helpful and had great customer service. Came in after a long day to grab something to eat and asked if he possible had utensil and he went out of his way to make sure we had one before we left the store. He is a very very kind person and it shows through his service. I hope the store takes care of him as well as he does their customers 🙂

This Jewel has a lovely floral section! It includes lots of cut flowers and arrangements, all with varying price points. They also have lots of potted plants! Anything from small succulents to orchids and seasonal flowering plants in pots. I was impressed with the diversity of selection.
