I made a purchase 5-11-25. When I got home I didn't have may package. I could possibly left it laying on the counter while I was waiting on my wife to make a purchase as well. I tried calling many times but no one answered the phone. I live over an hour away. I hate to lose my jewelry that I purchased for my wife for Mother's day but can't drive that far to check. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone!

This afternoon we had a wonderful experience at JC Penney. I am handicapped and was taking my power chair out of my car and a woman asked if she could help us and we said we were fine. However, when we went into the store the same woman, Lola, checked us out. She was so kind & lovely that my sister and I were very blessed. We both felt to recognize her.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere at the hair salon. Thomas is a delight and a great hairstylist! He cut my wife my son and my hair and did an amazing job! See you soon!

I'm not one to complain about service at a dept store as I have observed a serious lack of staff and customer service in the last 3-4 years in most stores. However, I took my granddaughter to look and hopefully decide on a dress for homecoming. it was her first at 11 years old. We went in with excitement and found 2 dresses, but we knew she had to try them on. We were in the junior section and, NOBODY was within seeing distance much less talking distance to ask about trying them on. There were barricades in the doorway of the junior fitting rooms, so we walked all through the store and saw the only 2 workers found at the makeup section talking to each other. I politely asked where we need to go and they pointed and said, "all the way across the store in the women's section."
We did not find what we needed so we left.

Great sale today I kinda went crazy with my purchases but I felt relived with the help of an amazing sales associate Tamarry!! She was so helpful and so sweet helping me pick out textiles for my new home. 800+$ worth of merchandise for about 350$ She should be promoted to manager! She walked with me around the home dept and made suggestions on what colors I should go with. I was very pleased thank you Prattville JC Penny . I LOVE your style!!!

Came in to kill some time before a movie. Got excited because there was elf brand makeup in the beauty section, I just wanted to shop around and browse and do my thing whole I hung out with my sister in law. That did not happen. I got bombarded and rushed into a makeover I did not want or have time for. Then the woman put testers on my face, I understand many people do not have a problem with this, I do not know where everyone's hands have been all I can think of is germs and the new strain of covid 2.0 that's now sitting on my face. THEN THERE WERE THE BRUSHES. the first brush she put on my face I am convinced has never been cleaned. It was so hard and crusty it hurt, she realized it wasn't blending and switched to another brush which was softer but also looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. I attempted to wipe some off and blend it in better so I didn't walk out looking crazy, which she several times blamed on my dry face. Well guess who wasn't looking to having makeup on today? Thanks for the unwanted face shaming. She caught me wiping some of it off and proceeded to yell at me. I didn't want this on in the first place and now I'm being yelled at publicly. She then continues the unwanted makeover and calls over a co worker. And yes it looked good at this point the powder she applied was great I probably would buy it. However a $40 powder was not in my budget for the day and the face she made when I said I couldn't afford it today was absolutely uncalled for. Like I came to look at elf does it look like I can swing a $60 foundation and a $40 powder? No. Not this week! This was a horrible experience I'll probably never buy makeup in person anywhere ever again in fear of getting pushed into a situation similar to this. Cleaned my face four times when I got home so hopefully no break outs or sickness will occur. I understand it is her job and she most likely works on commission, but when you are repeadly told no, maybe listen?
