Worst place to deliver, drivers stay away. The fork lift operators just stop and chat like parrots. The only black man there is the main one, he is on his phone typing and all.

Have no idea why there are so many bad reviews.
FCFC, 2 trucks before me were uploaded in 1h, my truck was empty in 20min, got a lumper estimate prior to unloading.
Overall, it was a nice experience.
The site doesn't have an overnight parking, but you can use a next corner.

Unfortunately I have to Give a star but don't even deserve that . Been here since 715 and in a door since 745. It is now 1045 and just started to unload .they would take off a pallet then disappear. This can be an all day event . The worse I've seen in 12 years. My doors have been open for 3 1/2 hrs .i was a frozen load . Disgraceful.

The receiver have some of the best looking staff in Miami. That being said they have black gentlemen who is from what I gather the dock boss deciding who he will or want be unloaded if you get there early. Very rude and unprofessional. But the accounting staff are some very nice and knowledgeable ladies

I don’t think overnight parking is permitted, but I did get an exception. Don’t count on it.
I showed up 7 hours early, I was unloaded promptly. Again, exception, wouldn’t count on it.
Lumper- high prices. EFS t check comcheck and cash .. NO AMEX debit or company card
