I've had a wonderful experience with my purchase here. I bought all my daughter's court dresses here and they were very responsible in making all 10 of us happy. They even helped with the bear on short notice. I recommend their service.

Worst place to go!!
My sister is going to be a part of a quince and we went with the girls to find their damas dress. Lady told us they can have it ready for the same day and lied and made everyone give deposit. The girls change the mind about the dress because they did not have the size for each of one and we ask for our refund. We did not even leave the store it was the same day and the owner refused to give us our money back because she wasted her invoice paper and made a big deal very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY THE DRESS WITH THEM!!!

Great customer service and very friendly. I Went in on a Saturday looking for a dress they have such a great selection. They didn’t have my size in the one I loved so the owner offered to order it for me which was fantastic since I’m not local. I got my dress super fast in the mail that following Friday!

Jessica is lovely. I had the BEST experience ever. It's a one stop shop. Beautiful hair and makeup and I LOVED my dress. Jessica's calm and giving demeanor is the perfect environment to spend your morning as a bride. It can be nerve wracking and she is amazing. 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely worst experience here, we came here to pick up my quince dress and the bouquet was not ready we come from very far to pick up the dress just for it to be incomplete. 2nd thing was I switched out my doll for a dress and the owner of the store said that it would be exactly like my dress but when we picked up our order the bear looked nothing like my dress it had no designs it was completely plain clearly this had upset me because I would at least think there would be some type of design instead of completely plain. The owner was very irresponsible, and please save yourself the stress and tears and shop somewhere else !

I just went a week ago to get my dress for my 16, AND I FELL IN LOVE!! They’re super nice and help you out to look for designs and colors that match with your dress, they’re cheap in price but very good quality of dress. They let you switch your doll for a bear if you want FOR FREE! In other stores they charge like $40 so I RECOMMEND going here especially because they have SO MANY DESIGNS!!! I love my dress and love the store!!♥️

Cyndy, the owner is so mean and is just terrible. She only let me try on 2 dresses
maximum. I still bought a dress but i had to wait 6+ weeks for it. & is was a completely different dress from what i tried on and ordered. They wouldnt give me my money back or a discount. They said to come back tomorrow. I was sooooo upset. DO NOT GO HERE.
