I started up at the DUT3 (Salt Lake) location and have had an overall great experience. Management has been very flexible with my schedule needs, concerns, and the occasional post trip meal.

While there have been growing pains, I believe everyone has worked well as a team to manage issues as they arise and have consistently improved as needed. They are very open to any feedback.

It's a tough but rewarding job and it's helped me develop a lot of skills I hope carry over with me in the future.

I have worked here about a year and a half and had a really great experience. They have the best management team I’ve ever had at a job. They genuinely want to help you succeed and provide any resources they can to help you. They try to give everyone what they want like specific hours and days and time off when you need it. Everyone who works there is really friendly and positive. Really nothing bad to say about Innovative, but Amazon’s routing and package count can sometimes be ridiculous and is challenging to get fixed. Overall, this job and the management have supported me and my little family in such an amazing way over the last couple years.

I have worked for Innovative Deliveries since 2019, a few months after they launched. The owner of the company is an honest and generous man. Hands down the best boss I have ever had.

Innovative Deliveries is the best entry level job post Highschool. You work 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts. You get paid to walk all day and you are guaranteed to lose weight.

They have a 401k program that matches, health insurance, free shoes yearly, and a $5250 tuition reimbursement program. It's a fantastic job to have as you improve your knowledge and meet your physical goals.

It is not an easy job when you first start. You are required to walk consistently for 10 hours up and down stairs. Safety is always the top priority and we are reminded daily before running our routes. Amazon is a scorecard performance focused company as well so you are required to maintain performance.

If you are capable of working hard on your own and are able to meet the Safety, Quality, and Reliability metrics, then you would love working here.

Worked here for 10 months now and I've enjoyed this group of people over almost all jobs I've worked. Really nice people, lots of communication between management and employees and they are always asking for ways to improve. Main con to this job is sometimes Amazon doesn't give us enough routes to work every shift you get scheduled for. But it's a good job

Great place to work.
Been here just over a year & although it's Not an easy job, it becomes routine & is a great workout, not just physically but mentally as well (especially with downtown routes).
If you have the right mindset it can truly become fun, enjoying being outside & seeing nearly everywhere.

Since starting the end of last August I've lost nearly 45 lbs.
This job isn't for everyone but I've learned to love it.
It's a truly great feeling going home after a weeks work & burning a ridiculous amount of calories.

Management is Very nice & relatable as well.

Nick, Sana, Gus, Seth & Brian are all great & helpful people. They have amazing multitasking abilities! (Just saying, as I'd find it difficult to be helping someone on the phone while another in person at the same time. They do this Alot though, & skillfully! I see Gus doing this all the time, it's impressive TBH).

Recently I injured my wrist (fractured scaphoid) & it REALLY sucks. I've felt pretty useless as I'm restricted to minimal wrist movement (I can drive fine, lifting repeatedly can be an issue though).

Luckily they let me help by bringing delivery vehicles in for oil changes. I can't express how much I appreciate them helping me like that. Still love this job & can't wait to get back at it as soon as my wrist is good again!

Not only do I truly enjoy working for this company, they also deliver my packages and excel at it! Trevor the owner and his wife are amazing generous people who give back to the community and their employees! This is a tough job and it’s honestly not for everyone but I wouldn’t want to work for anyone else delivering Amazon packages! They have also been extremely understanding when I have needed to take time off for my child’s school programs and other things of that nature.
