Yum! We ordered the build your own appetizer basket with cheese curds, fried mushrooms and sweet potato fries and they were all delicious! Also chips and salsa which is more like a pico, still super yummy with the cheese! And finally the French dip in ciabatta, way better than having on a baguette! The only down side was our waiter was super dull and probably didn’t want to need there that day, sometimes that happens! Everything else was great!

An amazing job catering a wedding for us in Logan. We had a grazing table and Italian sodas. Communication was easy. The staff was efficient and provided a delicious, and beautiful display.

Hug Hes is one of my often go toys. This is stuffed pasta with shrimp! Delish! Their prime rib is excellent! Love their beer bread! Sugar cookies are delight! I've loved everything I've gotten there! 5 plus stars!

We frequent another location often and this is my first time at this one. The fries were super greasy as well as the sweet potato fries which were overcooked and extremely greasy. The server did remove the cost of the sweet potato fries but they did just go in the garbage.

My one complaint with Hug Hes is their tip guidelines on the receipts. It's extremely frustrating that their tipping starts at 20% then goes 22%, 25%. I don't mind tipping accordingly but I do hate when I'm forced to tip 20 percent to start on their card machines when the server is holding it.
Hey Hug Hes! How about you pay your own employees more instead of insisting that we do it for you.

Service was very slow. My burger was warm at best. It was evident the cheese hand been melted previously like it had been sitting around before it was placed on the bun. I had to get up and look for my waiter to get condiments. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived there were only two other people eating as we were seated. Our server seemed very disinterested in attending my wife and I. For the 16.00 dollars I paid for the burger it was one of the worst burgers I have ever had the bacon it was topped with was cold and very hard. My money would have been better spent at the jack In the box across the street. Live and learn I suppose. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The quality of the food is not always consistent. Sometimes it's great, but then there are times it's very mediocre. Ordering the Cafe Burger shouldn't be a mystery as to whether it will be good or a big nothing burger. The Smoked Chicken Pasta Salad is typically delicious. But then it will be served with ranch dressing rather than their great house dressing. 🤷‍♀️🤔

Hug-Hes is a great restaurant with a variety of menu items. The deep fried green beans are a must! They're delicious! I've been to a few different locations and the service at this one is hit or miss. They have a variety of seating and we this time were able to get a table in a quiet corner so we could have a meeting and eat at the same time.

Was super excited to come here and was extremely disappointed. The music and dining experience was loud. But the food was pretty horrible. I got the burger and it came out with cold fries and a cold patty. The burger tasted like it was spoiled and had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Their food is pretty expensive and overall super disappointing. The service was lovely but the food was just horrible. My partner got a sandwich which wasn’t as bad but he still got cold fries as well. Don’t recommend the burger at all. I don’t plan on returning unfortunately.
