I've been a patient at this doctor's office for over a decade. The staff is consistently kind and genuinely cares about the patients. Recently, there have been positive improvements at the front desk, where the staff now greets patients with even more courtesy. Overall, I highly recommend this office.

I just started coming to this doctors office and I must say I am so disappointed in their services. I met Peter a couple months ago and he was okay. I was referred here by my OBGYN just to get regular check ups and such. None of my prescriptions were on file for them however we had went over my prescriptions during the first visit. The second visit was with Julia- The reason why I had this visit was to be able to get my prescription due to the fact that I had been sick 3 times between the first and the second visit due to the weather . When I would call to ask for my prescription to be filled like my albuterol pump, they would say I would have to come in. Ive been on my pump since I was a kid. They rescheduled my appointment from the beginning of January to yesterday. Yesterday when I arrived, Julia which is the PA for the office was so nasty. She treated me like dirt. I told her that I had post nasal drip-she then said" We dont take sick patients and you need a mask".She gave me a mask and continued to be very rude throughout the appointment. I believe she was discriminating towards me because number one Im a black women and number two I was sick. Where should the sick people go? I asked her to take my temperature- I asked for a covid test and a flu test, she reported that they didn't do that in the office and that I would need to go to the walk in clinic. So I'm paying twice for the same things? She was so nasty. I also asked her for my summary to be able to give to my nurse who works on site at the facility I work at and she refused to do that as well. Be sure to find yourself a doctors office who really cares about the people and who are not only there for the money. I'm calling my insurance company today just so I can let them know that she didn't do anything.

Dr. Puthenveetil is a wonderful and caring doctor! I was unhappy with my previous PCP and switched doctors 2 years ago to Dr. Puthenveetil. He was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Check in is always smooth and timely. Never a long wait. Dr. Puthenveetil is so pleasant and takes his time to listen to you and your needs then following it up with his professional advice to get you to where you need to be by not just telling you but explaining to you why. Really makes you feel at ease. He and his staff are friendly and kind. They take the time to make sure you and your time are important while being seen. P.S. I am not a big fan of giving blood for my annual physical but his phlebotomist is fantastic and sweet. I’m as comfortable as can be when I sit in her chair. She remembers me and we always have a wonderful talk while I’m in there. Best doctor and staff ever!! Thank you and your staff for always being amazing!!

Dr. Puthenveetil is an outstanding and knowledgeable physician. And he is a great listener and has a warm personality. He follows up quickly with patients with test results. He is on time for appointments. He has been my doctor for decades, and I highly recommend him. I have great confidence in him. The staff in his office are also very professional and friendly.

It's never fun to go to the doctor, but I always have a good experience with the wonderful people who work there. Dr. Puthenveetil takes as much time as needed and never appears rushed. He gives me a feeling that he really cares about you and listens to you.

If I could give Dr. Peter 5000 Stars, I would. I've been seeing his practice for over 12 years now and putting my life in his hands is the best medical decision I've made. It's important to have a good medical Dr. that keeps you healthy at all times considering so many people depend on me to have good health. Being in Leadership, Constantly on the go, IT Director, & Youth Programs Leader, I need someone competent to keep me steering in the right direction. So good, now that my grown sons adopted Dr. Peter as their Primary Doctor as well. Dr. Peter addresses your health concerns in a caring manner but more importantly, guides you in the right direction to get them resolved. Dr. Peter goes out of his way to care for his patients. The newly build pharmacy makes it that much easier for us to make his practice a ONE STOP SHOP! This is an incredible service that you really don't find with many practices. Did I mention that his staff is just a bunch of superstars! From the front counter, to scheduling and internal blood draws, I give them another 5000 stars if I could. There's a reason why I continue to stay with his practice. Thank you for having such a great staff but more importantly, great caring Doctors that are in the best interest of your health! Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Dr Puthenveetil has the bedside manner of a saint, cares like Mother Theresa, and has the mind of an Einstein. He’s helped me improve my health for years, and I am so grateful. My family (each of them!) and I couldn’t imagine having a better doctor.
