I got here and was given a BOL with a total weight of 44,092 lbs. That was simply NOT TRUE. The 44,092 was the weight of the product and the 800 bags the powder was loaded in. The weight DID NOT include the weight of the 21 pallets nor the shrink wrap used to secure the bags to the pallets. Those added another 1,050+ pounds to the load. If your going to quote the gross weight you need to include the weight of the pallets, as well as ALL the shipping supplies to give an ACCURATE WEIGHT. Otherwise you will continue to have companies send reefer trailers that can only LEGALLY haul 44,000 lbs and you will continue to have to cut products from your shipments. 44,000 lbs of product plus the 1,050 lbs of pallets (21 pallets×50 lbs per pallet) IS NOT 44,000 lbs it's 45,050.

So a few problems here today. Got here at 8am. 1st one. Ok cool. Sat til 7:50am. Lady in grey said i can go in. Lady in pink(was on inside) said i had to wait 10 mins.. ok. Waited til 8 in truck. Was still first in line at window. Mind you, yes, i had a 10am appt. The lady didnt speak... she wrote wrong appt time on my papers and now im waiting over an extra hour to get unloaded. Watching 10 other trucks get unloaded. Also, theres no specific place to park. I parked in front of dock doors waiting for my 900 call as was stated in the office. Some guy gonn regulate the parking lot. The warehouse workers said i was ok to stay and also the guy was in the wrong. Callin me out my name and banging on doors he has no business banging on. He didnt know my linebacker of a husband was in the cab. The warehouse worker was nice about it all and respectful. But the office sucks. Lol was told 3 different things about the unloading process and nothing was correct.. had to hear from warehouse the correct info.

The worst deliver experience I ever faced as a trucker. After I was given a door which was dock#6, apparently I had to turn the BOL and seal to a warehouse worker to unload but these warehouse workers were not talking to me and made fun of me and I felt so disrespectful as I was being said to go back and forth to the office and back to door#12 a few times. Eventually, someone unloaded me. Please avoid if you can!

Worst place to deliver only seems to have one guy unloading I’ve been waiting for over 3 hrs and they are allowing others to get unloaded in front of me this is ridiculous
