It’s located inside 14th Star brewery. Grab the menu from the Grazers counter. They will take your order when you’re ready. They will bring the food out by the counter. Since it’s separate from 14th star, you have to order your drinks separately. Ordered fried pickles and wings for appetizers. Both were good. Only gave us one ranch and later asked for another one. Wanted to try the pulled pork sandwich but they didn’t have it. Ordered the vermont cheese steak. Good size serving and it was good.

It's unfortunate that the food can't live up to the brewery it's in. My burger was actually good, but the fries were cold, it took way too long to order, and they "can't order straws" for the milkshake I got. It seems very poorly managed.

I went in for lunch with my husband, mother and son. We all ordered medium rare burgers and fries. Luckily it wasn’t very busy, however, it took over 25 minutes for our food to come out. Our burgers were cooked well done and the fries were cold. No body was available to speak to about the food and my 2yr old was so hungry we ended up eating our over cooked burgers and couldn’t even eat the fries.the bathroom was out of paper towels and they didn’t have a hand air dryer. Hopefully they can improve on this in the future.

This is a picture of loaded fries, missing some items. Also a picture of the non food item that was in my food and I bit. Called the restaurant and they were so dismissive and said no one was in charge for the next three days. So I can’t talk with anyone about it until next week. Super disappointed.

Restraint is inside of a brewery, which is a plus and a minus because the tabs aren’t shared but when you order with the website it automatically makes you a tab making you think it may be. Also because of that it’s two different sets of staff, and doesn’t really feel like it is or should be so can be confusing. Otherwise, the burgers we ordered were fine, but no better than ones I’ve had elsewhere in the area for a lesser price but not significantly. The bar inside is a highlight though, although as mentioned before they’re separate entities.

Why don’t you answer your phone for takeout orders an hour before closing? Update your hours to reflect reality.

I called and the manager made excuses instead of owning it. Some thanks after supporting you for two years and playing these games all along.

Horrible service and food. Order wasn’t correct. Luckily they are closing this location. Another one bites the dust! Can’t wait to see what 14th star chooses to put in! Hopefully the Dynamic Duo Tyresse and Sierra can find new jobs!! They were great managers! Big sarcasm there!

Missing items: the online menu did not match the menu in the restaurant. The boy at the counter did not tell me my food was ready and left it standing for a while. When I asked him why other people were receiving food in-house before mine when I ordered first, he said yours is ready because you ordered takeout. You have to get it. It was in the back, and I had no idea it was ready. I didn't understand why he couldn't just place it on the counter or tell me it was ready. When I returned to the hotel, the salad was different from what I already had issues with the boy at the counter, so I asked to speak to a manager, and he pretended to be the manager on the phone. He told me the ticket stated I had a spring salad, not an organic one. I had the receipt and the ticket in my hand, and he kept going back and forth with me. I said it clearly says organic. He stated that, well, mine says it's spring. I asked for a refund, and he stated I would need to come to the restaurant and show him the receipt, and he would issue a refund. He did not show me the receipt he had that he argued about over the phone because it didn't exist. I was exhausted and did not want to return there, but I was super annoyed. I paid 28 dollars for two items that were not as described, and he let me sit out for a while, so I was like, I am getting my money back. This could be better. I came up to the restaurant and showed him the receipt. He grabbed the bag of food, grabbed the salad out, picked through it, and accused me of eating the toppings and lying about it. I asked him to give me my tip back because he was unprofessional and rude. He refused. I again asked for a manager, and he stated there was no one in sight and he was all I would get. He laughed in my face and seemed to find giving me a hard time amusing. I had witnessed him mess up a guy at the bar order. I assumed, because he was a big man, that he was okay with apologizing to him and taking accountability for that error, but for me since I was a woman alone, he proceeded to harass me. I grabbed my phone to start recording his behavior. He ran into the kitchen to hide. I refused to leave. The cook came out. He was very friendly, and when I explained what happened, he kindly admitted the items on the salad were missing because the online and restaurant menus did not match. I stated oh, okay, well, that been clarified in the beginning, and we did not need to go back and forth. I called another site with a manager in person, who called me back the next day. It was lovely. She stated she would tell this site's manager, but they did not refund or call back. I am still pretty upset. Paying that much for a salad and then having this kid pick through it, laughing in the face, and not even coming back to apologize when the cook clarified the issue. Reading reviews sounds like this is a recurrent problem. I would suggest not dining here until the service improves. I was out of town in a hotel and had nothing else to eat; he took back the salad, picked through it with his fingers, and did not refund me.
