Pretty disappointed went in here not a single person asked if I needed any help. I asked one person about some wood. He told me there should be someone at the desk went over to the desk with two lady was sitting neither one acknowledge me one told me the word I was looking for is outside to the left. Needless to say it wasn’t outside to the left. Definitely won’t ever come back here much rather prefer Home Depot.

I came here looking for a simple Astra gal in windows and doors that I saw at another one over their locations, and the sales person here was dumbfounded and clueless. Definitely needs better training!

Its a nice store but when trying to get some help to order some wood, the man behind the counter was in a rush. He was not helpful at all and seemed as if I was taking up his time. Ill be happy when the Torrance store opens I know the people over there will be helpful.
