Today, I visited Fry's store to purchase the sale on Hostess white powdered donuts, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. While I was there, I observed a gentleman diligently unloading boxes and organizing cans into a display bin. His name was Stephen, Assistant store manager. He was not only hardworking but also very informative and accommodating. Regrettably, he informed me that there were no more white mini powdered donuts available. His cooperative and kind demeanor made a positive impression, as he engaged with us rather than ignoring our presence. I am pleased to give Stephen a five-star rating for his exceptional service. Thank you, Fry's Food and Drug, for having such an outstanding employee on your team...

Visit was very unpleasant, where do I even start.
After being held in line for over 1hr , Just to simply pay for groceries is ridiculous . See I understand some places we frequently attend to get busier at certain hours and what not but this location in particular has ONE , ONE CASHIER for over 100 of people at that location around 6pm to 8pm . Not to mention their computer/scale broke in the middle of our transaction management was unable to help or bring any resources to help out . I mean there was another 10 posible stations (Registers) that could have open and everyone in line could have went about their day . Finally we were only able to take half out groceries , No PRODUCE , and I will have to fine time tomorrow to head on out to our neighborhood FRYS again . This entire situation could have been avoided and resolved in a faster manner if there was a bit more of care and perhaps employees own critical thinking.

Johnny is the best bagger I’ve ever had he’s super nice and welcoming asking me how everything’s going and if I found everything alright. And actually knows how to bag correctly. He even went to go get me a new strawberry when he pointed out that mine I had got had mold and gave my baby a sticker to cheer him up, even offered to help bring the cart to my car. His commitment should be acknowledged.

The store is always stocked and the aisles are clear! I'm a weekly visitor and when I step up to customer service, I'm always greeted with a smile from Maeve! Manager, Mitchell, is always helpful! I always liked it when he opens a new checkout lane! The store always has plenty of staff available so it's great when you can check out quickly! This is my favorite grocery store! Mom and Dad grew up going to Fry's and I will continue to shop here! Thank you

I shop at this location almost daily (Instacart shopper) and love this location because of the friendly workers. Today I had a great experience with Blanca (red vest). She has amazing customer service! Not only is she friendly, but she goes above and beyond. I have seen her numerous times multitasking - assisting customers, helping her team with anything that comes her way and she always does it with a positive attitude. I can see that her team loves her and that says a lot in itself. She is quick, friendly and great at what she does. Anytime I see her, I go to her line because I know she is going to get me taken care of regardless of how many instacart batches I have at one time.

I also love Pattsy. She is a pleasure to see in the mornings. She knows a lot of her customers by name and is always so sweet. She ensures we as her customers feel cared for and she always goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy. Her customer service is top tier! It is a pleasure everytime she is my cashier.

Last but not least, Jocelyn is also great! I have had nothing but positive experiences and conversations with her. She was my cashier when I was new to Instacart and was so helpful and patience while also being friendly throughout the process. Anytime I see her, she remembers me and says hi.

I love this Fry’s location but especially love seeing Blanca, Pattsy and Jocelyn when I visit. These 3 ladies all deserve recognition and many many thanks for their amazing customer service! Thank you ladies for making this store such a pleasure to shop at.

Today Visit at frys in Laveen was not pleasant. Seeing that lead or manager Blanca she looks so grumpy all the time and she is not professional at all with her employees she treats the younger generation so mean I wouldn’t never want to be under her, please consider hiring a lead that has better manners and is professional with the employees.
Every employee needs to be treated equally. I see that she has favoritism and that’s not good in a work environment.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to in many years. There needs to be a major overhaul of quality control at this location, what a waste of $10. I feel bad for supporting this stores location when there is an actual Starbucks in the same parking lot. Very disappointed. No seating either. I will have to reconsider coming back to this location again.

Stopped for lunch, chicken tenders looked fresh and amazing! Waited by them for someone to help at the deli while a single employee was slowly cutting cheeses and meats. After 10 minutes and no one even saying hi or anything at all, I realized I'm never getting my lunch here. Not because I didn't want it but all because they wouldn't even come over to help.
