Appointment at 11:30 am. Arrived at 11:25 am. Got the door at 11:50 am. There is no parking space, only on the street in front of the doors, and for this reason it is very difficult to park at the door. The loading starts at 12:55 pm. Done at 13:02. Got BOL at 13:05.

Terrible parking and backing situation here. Very dangerous. Other than that fast unloading in 2 hours. There may be a few spots for overnight parking in the street here if you’re lucky. If not, there’s the oasis about 11 miles away.

I was late weather and an accident on the highway. Let’s not forget the shipper started the late. Anyway, it sucks to park here and the front desk lady was rude. Probably because I’m a female because she was extremely nice to the men. I don’t know and don’t care. I can’t believe they have trailers parked 2 deep in the road. Trucks parked everywhere and backing was difficult, but I got it in one try. Over all though not a terrible experience just annoying. Late fee was 183.75 if y’all was wondering.

Read the reviews and was expecting the worst. Had a Thurs 1300 appointment. Could have made it in the night before but decided to stage an hour or so south of Chicago and bring it in closer to appt time to avoid morning rush hour and morning warehouse rush. Arrived at 10:45am Thurs for 1300 appt. No rush hour and warehouse was not overly crazy.. Was able to park on street for check in. Phone rang with a door as soon as I was walking back to the truck. Got the truck docked. Yes, it is tight but doable off street docking. Thankfully because I waited until later in the morning all the truck traffic had mostly cleared out and no one was parked on the street in front of where I needed to dock. If a truck had been there it would have been next to impossible without them moving. Was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 13:20. Super nice ladies in the office.

Arrival 10:45
Unloaded and leaving 1320.
Bonus: Food truck came thru and I got some fire street tacos.
Would do again as long as I had an afternoon appointment. Probably would avoid any early morning.

Appt at 1300. Checked in at 0700. Manuevering is doable backing in from streey. And NO the four wheelers don't care . For those coming in on blindside, go all the way to end to make U-turn. Loading began around 0930 and bills in hand by 1032. Lady at the window was nice. Parking on street can be tight but doable.

Well, I have to say it wasn't that bad . Traffic is ridiculous . But everyone here was nice . I asked a trucker to move, and he did . Arrived at 1100 for a 1200 appointment . I think that is a better time to come .

Check in Is pretty fast and also backing in is easy. The overnight Parker’s are moved in the morning so parking is easy. They unload pretty fast

All docks, shipping, and receiving office on 27th St. Sometimes, because of the lack of truck parking (all parking on 27th St.), it makes it impossible to back into a dock door. If all the drivers would be kind and work together, they would be able to back into a dock door. (But there is always one that won't move. Holding everybody up)
Checking in is simple and usually quick. It's a good idea to write your phone number on all copies of the bills.
They will call you when a door is open.
Unloading time 1 to 4 hours. Loading time 4 to 10 hours.
