Everyone at Fitness Superstore has been amazing. I was very hesitant to order refurbished equipment but now I couldn't be happier and I saved a ton of money vs. new. No one, not even me, can tell this equipment has been refurbished. I almost went with another online company but I'm so glad I didn't. I looked everywhere locally but it was all old garbage. Don't hesitate to order from this company. Jonathan did an excellent job responding to all my emails and answering all my questions. Delivery and setup in Florida was seamless. I purchased a smith machine from this place. Super responsive in my questions. After I purchased, I even requested to get a coupon that just became available and they credited me immediately, I was really impressed.

I had a local company put my machine together and they did it wrong. Fitness Superstore took the hit and sent someone out to fix a mistake they were NOT responsible for, this is serious customer satisfaction. Even if I see an item a little over-priced, I will still come here again since I know the transaction will be handled with care.

Purchased a Technogym Artis Vario Elliptical w/Unity 3.0. My experience with the staff was really the reason that I purchased this elliptical. The staff was generous with their time answering every question I had about the equipment and their process. A couple months after I received the equipment, I got to follow up phone call from Fitness Superstore asking how satisfied I was with the equipment and the quality of the work they did. This is amazing service that I really can't remember getting from any other vendor. Thanks everyone!

I highly recommend Fitness Superstore based on my purchase of a remanufactured Arc Trainer. Admittedly, I was very nervous about buying a such a heavy used piece of commercial-grade exercise equipment knowing how difficult it would be to return the item. Thankfully Gino walked me through the remanufacturing process. The entire team was great in providing updates on the status of the remanufacturing and helping to coordinate the shipping and installation. The machine arrived looking fantastic despite its 10 year age. The remanufacturing is worth the extra $$ versus buying from Facebook or Craigslist. I would not hesitate to buy from Fitness Superstore again!

We ordered a refurbished Icarian 624 Super squat from the Fitness Superstore. Although we were anxious about ordering such a large and expensive piece of equipment from a dealer we did not know, we really needed that piece of equipment to complete our gym. We are so glad we did. There was excellent customer communication from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. They also were able to send us pictures from the warehouse when the equipment was complete and again once it was crated. When we received the equipment, we were extremely pleased with the result. It was beautiful and fully functional. Our delivery person noticed there were bolts loose on a pad and were stripped and needed to be replaced. The customer rep was able to send us a new pad with a new bolt that fit perfectly.

We are extremely satisfied with our customer service and with the condition and function of the equipment we purchased and look forward to future purchases with the Fitness Superstore.

Five Stars for this company. We had some issues with the installer after the product had been shipped and was on the dock waiting for a 6 days. We contacted Fitness store - all staff are very nice and got on top of it right away. Within several hours due to the issue being escalated to level 4... we had multiple people going above and beyond to have it delivered. I am happy to say the issue was resolved in hours and a new installer was contacted and I had my ARC trainer delivered the next day.. I would recommend this company to any one that still believes in customer service. Nolissa was fantastic.. The products are shipped timely and the staff is quick to follow up to ensure I am 100% pleased with my orders. I have been especially impressed with the French Fitness FSR90 and have added several additional accessories. The home gym is high quality and well constructed to last. I've been using it for over a year and all components are functioning just like the day it arrived. It provides a variety of exercises that can target all muscle groups and ultimately providing a great home workout!
