I have been to three different locations of firehouse including this one and ordered an underground sandwich with roast beef and turkey. I always forget the name but the workers always know what I’m talking about. After looking online it’s called - Engine Company. The girl at the register seem new and looked at their menu despite me mentioning it’s an underground sandwich. She turns to the boy with curly hair that’s about mid ear length and he says they don’t have that sandwich. I start to mention I’ve been to other firehouses (including this one) and he cuts me off saying “Well we don’t have it at this location” with an attitude. I have worked at a sandwich shop before and you are usually trained on underground sandwiches. If they weren’t sure maybe they should have gotten a manager and asked. Maybe do a fresher with customer services and not getting snippy with people.

Really like the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub (same as H&L but with bacon). REALLY liked their Thanksgiving Sub and wish they'd have it full time! Service is friendly and efficient. Zander gets a special shout-out; he's super-nice staff member.

Whelp, it's been 6 months since I've been and it'll be longer than that IF I ever go back. I understand inflation but dang. Since my last visit sandwiches are 3/4 inches smaller the meat is barely 50% of what it used to be. $25 bucks for two sandwiches I feel robbed. Won't be back for sure there's many more options that still at least try and give you your money's worth

A medium sandwich and a bag of chips is over 14 dollars, then they ask you to round up to the nearest dollar for donations, and then on top of that they ask you for a tip. That makes a sandwich and chips here without a drink over 14 dollars before optional add-ons. Too expensive for the unfriendly staff and food quality.

Firehouse changed their app points system and it’s so annoying that I am no longer going to firehouse anymore. It’s something so little to offset the CRAZY high prices they have, it’s so dumb to take points away if you don’t make a purchase within 3 months. And that birthday freebie that I go with many other paying family members is now taken away since I haven’t been in a while? Screw that, I get too bugged by stuff like that to continue going to Firehouse. At least Jimmy John’s has my back still 😏

Team currently working here did a amazing job. Seems like they are super busy with online orders due to covid19, but during my short wait for the sub, i saw that they worked together efficiently, and communicated well amongst each other. Props to the manager on duty. Sub tasted delicious too. (Pastrami)

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. The girl told me they were busy apparently too busy to take my order while they were making subs.
