This location is great! Super close to my job, never forgets the extra pickle I ask for, and go above and beyond for their service! I will say that the drive through times can be a bit of a wait, so go in if you don’t have an extra 20+ min to wait. I don’t mind because I know they are making everything fresh and made to order. Friendly staff and great place! Thanks Ashley for your service today!

This was the best FireHouse Subs experience I could have had. I am so glad I went over to Pinellas Park FireHouse the customer services is fun and casual and very nice! Very patient and accommodating too as I am very picky. Ashley and Jeff were amazing to me and the food is always tastes perfect and absolutely delicious! They hooked me up with my hook and ladder with side of garlic bread they supersized it. I feel so lucky I was hungry at work and tried to order through DoorDash and going in person for pick up was the best decision! I didn’t have the app on my phone anymore and they let me use my phone number to add points which is an extra consideration bonus for me. This was worth every bit of my 11.44 dollars on a medium hook and ladder and side of garlic bread that was upsized

We LOVE the staff here tonight (we came back twice in one week). They were patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with our order and had a friendly conversation during the whole process. They even made my toddler a special pizza, after she was begging for fries. They were so friendly and was able to make her happy with her special pizza. She even ate it ALL!!! They then surprised her with a fire hat and she had the biggest smile on her face. We love the staff here tonight, exceptional customer service and we definitely look forward to coming back.

Went on Veterans Day, Pinellas Park, first time there. Service was very good, there were other Vets in there, it was a little busy but food came out pretty quick. Employees were cordial and respectful. Had a cold sandwich, can't remember the name but it had roast beef and couple other meats. It was fine, nothing over and above, a decent sub though, no complaints. Seem like a good location, good store, would go back.

Thoroughly disappointed! Have been to other locations and loved it but this one was a letdown. The subs had about 1/4 meat what they normally have everywhere else. It seemed like they were just thrown together. For what you pay here they're usually quite good but what we got was mostly bread and 2 sad slices of meat. Completely disappointed and really felt ripped off. With today's economy it's really wrong to do that to your customers. We definitely will not visit this location again, we came away feeling scammed. I will say the only bright spot was the young man at the drive through window, he had a wonderful attitude and was very helpful so he personally gets 5 stars.....everyone else gets 0. Shame to screw people over like that.

This was my first time at this location. I went with my fiance and his coworker because it was their birthdays. Ernie was fantastic and super nice and did the birthday subs via ID, which is the last way I knew how it was done. I did not know this changed to app only, and neither did he. The shift leader, Ashley, instead of telling him that there was a change, just yelled at him in front of us saying that it’s not like that anymore and he would have to deal with the consequences with the manager because she was not going to be held responsible. I felt so bad for Ernie. Ashley was extremely rude to Ernie and to us for the way she handled the situation. When the manager arrived while we were dining in, you could hear Ashley’s demeanor change towards customers and how she interacted with them and telling them to give her high ratings on reviews. I will never go back based on Ashley’s behavior. I hope Ernie stays positive and doesn’t let Ashley dull his shine!
