My FedEx package arrived at the Chino CA facility on 12/3/24. No status since that date. Called FedEx customer service for follow up on 12/11/24. Rep bombarded me with FedEx related lingo questions which I couldn’t answer since I don’t work for FedEx. Weird. She finally initiated a “ticket” for follow up. An account rep is supposedly going to contact me with further information. Stay tuned.

this facility lost my package or stole. it arrived on 10/1/24 & there has been no movement since & it is now 10/13/24 & i have not received my package. called fedex customer service & i was told they would contact this facility for an update but i never heard back. i contacted fedex customer service again & they said to contact merchant for a refund! so pathetic! do better.

There's frequent delays at this location due to high volumes of orders. I can assure you they're doing the best they can to get it sorted quickly. This was my case with the order. It was delayed but they got it out of the facility quickly. Expect weather or high volume delays at Chino Fedex.

All businesses that offer free shipping via FedEx Smart Post should be required to inform customers that shipping time, within the USA, could exceed one month. The delay is not USPS, as they can only deliver once the package is received from FedEx.
