My FedEx package arrived at the Chino CA facility on 12/3/24. No status since that date. Called FedEx customer service for follow up on 12/11/24. Rep bombarded me with FedEx related lingo questions which I couldn’t answer since I don’t work for FedEx. Weird. She finally initiated a “ticket” for follow up. An account rep is supposedly going to contact me with further information. Stay tuned.

this facility lost my package or stole. it arrived on 10/1/24 & there has been no movement since & it is now 10/13/24 & i have not received my package. called fedex customer service & i was told they would contact this facility for an update but i never heard back. i contacted fedex customer service again & they said to contact merchant for a refund! so pathetic! do better.

I had a small package arrive at this location on Sep 17th. It’s now October 4th and it’s still sitting there. This is absolutely ridiculous, whoever’s in charge at this location needs to be fired.

I have had a package sitting in this facility since November 20! Hasn’t moved in 2 weeks for USPS awaiting package for delivery. No way to talk to actual person! Horrible

There's frequent delays at this location due to high volumes of orders. I can assure you they're doing the best they can to get it sorted quickly. This was my case with the order. It was delayed but they got it out of the facility quickly. Expect weather or high volume delays at Chino Fedex.

My package is at the smart post in Chino CA, which is only 50 miles from me. The estimated delivery date was a week ago. I'm not sure why it needs to sit in Chino for 2 weeks. And no communication. would someone help us?

All businesses that offer free shipping via FedEx Smart Post should be required to inform customers that shipping time, within the USA, could exceed one month. The delay is not USPS, as they can only deliver once the package is received from FedEx.
