came inside to order food and seen a minor taking orders with a headset and checking customers out on the touch screen menu not sure if this should even be happening I don’t think this child is a employee ….. also the building when I walked in was filled with smoke seemed like they burnt something, couldn’t really breathe I will be reporting this to Maricopa county food service , and also corporate and BBB, workers are incompetent and slow waited for 20mins for a plate and it was ready the whole time. they forgot where it was placed these workers need to be drug tested asap

So I live near this location so it's convenient, however, they constantly mess food up and instead of fixing they argue with you about it somehow someway it's NEVER thier fault, never thier fault I sat in the drive thru line for up to 15 min (even being first), never thier fault that even after explaining several times how I want the food made as in no lettuce or lettuce on side, they either don't give you said lettuce at all or put extra extra lettuce on top the food, for the price I pay I could be going to a sit down restaurant, most of, I say most loosely, of the employees are rude and need to be trained in customer service. The food is just OK. Half the time my birria tacos are full of fatty skin like substance Instead of beef, the other half it's too spicy to eat without choking and sweating. I will now go to the filabertos on olive and 111th ave (youngtown) before going back here. Please, save yourself the headache and go to young town.

I stopped by on the way home from the gym and ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese, and potato. I got home and had a burrito with sausage instead of bacon. The sausage also has no flavor at all. How hard is it to get 1 item correct? I won’t be coming back to this location.

BEST BEANS & RICE that we've ever had!! Now I actually get beans & rice from here to make ANY Mexican food, we just can't eat them anywhere else now!!!😁

Super friendly staff, fast service good food. Tried some shredded ground beef tacos on their Tuesday special for $1.50, fresh lettuce, cheese and meat in a crunchy shell, so delicious! Also got a bean and cheese burrito, big portions!

This was delicious breakfast burro.
Place is clean looks nice.
Food was fast and HOT!
The cashier girl was kinda like a robot n didnt make eye contact but she wasnt mean. Other than that this was a GREAT experience!!

Edit: i forgot to mention the best part of my beef burro, the beef was actually TENDER n JUICY.

I got a number 20 meal. A cheese quasadilla and a super nachos with no pico. Checked before I left and didn't see any quacamole on the nachos. I get home and open the nachos and the quacamole was under the cheese and meat. I called federicos and spoke to Lauren. Said we can replace it or get a refund within 24 hrs. I live 15 min away so I am annoyed.

You can never go wrong with the Chilaquiles..The staple of a Sunday breakfast! It's hard to imagine this was a to-go order and not made at home. The time to cook and the mess to clean up is why we all eat out, but it pays off when you find food that looks as good as it's tastes... minus the mess!
