Everyday to other day regular… Tabitha needs to go. Not only did she blame me for not verifying if she stuffed the correct juul pak into my bag. She, unlike her other co-workers throws it in the bag without verifying if she has the correct item.

I leave.. Im back in 5 mins after I noticed the mistake and she starts the the blame game and its against the law and rudely states that “ Yes, I am out $20 bc I did t make sure she put the right thing in the bag”

In the few times this has happened in the past. The situationwas handle correctly and not one in which the customer was made to be a fault.

They locked the bathrooms which I understand but they have one key for the men's and women's so if someone in in the women's you have to wait for them to come out to get the key to use the men's. Ridiculous if you are going to lock the bathrooms then you need 2 keys.

Brandy has the worst attitude and customer service skills. She does not need to work anywhere with the way she treats people. My grandmother was in there this morning trying to purchase a coffee and as she was counting her money the clerk snatched the coffee from her and refused to conduct the transaction. She called the person after my grandmother up to check out his items instead. My grandmother was not treated fairly and walked out of the store empty handed because of an impatient gas station clerk. This is not acceptable whatsoever. This business needs to hire better employees and people that actually want to serve the public!!!

What happened to Reds Chicken? This new stuff is not only tasteless but the size of a quail and has barely any meat on it for the outrageous price of $14 for 8 pieces! The legs were the size of my thumb!!! Not good!!!

This morning April 16 had to wait while young lady was on her phone. Then she had an attitude that she had to wait on me. If that isn't the case the way she came across was terrible customer service. If she doesn't like her job or getting up early change jobs or hours. The lady at the cash register was very friendly.

Customer service is good, chicken looked dry and the sides could be better. String beans tasted like they came right out the can. Didnt get a roll with my dinner. Convenient place to get gas but thats about it.

At this point I'd be happy if this place went out of business and was bought by someone who actually knows how to run a business. Evidently they stop serving breakfast before 10:00 on Sundays. I will never buy anything from this store again.

Rude to customers. Have seen them tell off customers because they ordered food. On several occasions I've gone in and they make you feel like you are an inconvenience and wish that you would just leave.
