Family Medical is the place to go! When my chair needed repair I called for assistance. They came quickly and within days had the parts ordered and a recommendation for replacement. They have a wide selection in stock and I chose one that was even on clearance. Ten days from the first call the new chair sits in my living room. Great people and service. Best place in town!

I changed insurance carrier this year so of course all of my providers changed. I was concerned about going to a new company for my CPAP supplies. Well all I can say is Family Medical is extraordinary. I was greeted at the door, advised how long I would have to wait and taken directly to the exam room. My wait was less than 5 minutes.Angie went out of her way to work with my insurance company to make sure of what was covered. The appointment was superb. I didn’t feel rushed, I was given options and Angie really listened to my concerns. I recommend Family Medical for any of your medical equipment needs. A five isn’t high enough they’re a ten for sure.

I love the service at Family Medical.
Have used them for Cpap supplies for over ten years. I call ahead and the supplies are ready to be picked up.
Also bought a walker and bathroom equipment for my mother.
I have never had a problem of any kind. Friendly and efficient.

If I could give this place 100 stars it wouldn't be enough.
The staff was friendly and so helpful.
I was shopping for a lift chair and was invited to try out one of the many they had in stock, all of which could be ordered in a multitude of fabrics and colors.
They let me take my time and try out any and all the chairs in their showroom.
They checked in with me from time to time to see if I had any questions or to point out features a certain chair had that I may have missed.
At the same time I didn't feel rushed to make any kind of decision.
When I did narrow it down to two I liked, I was able to see and feel the fabrics and colors available and finally helped me order the chair I wanted.
They sell a quality product, and stand behind it.
I would 100% shop there again.
They made me feel like like part of their family. (Pun intended 😃😃)

I went here to get a pair of compression socks for surgery. There were no other customers in the store but I was told I would need to make an appointment to get measured for the socks. They were not busy. No one was there ! I was then told I would pay up front and if I wanted them to submit to insurance company, the cost would be $130. If I didn’t have them submit to insurance company, the cost would be $97. The employee acted as if I was a real bother because she had to get out of her chair to greet me. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
I left there and went to Advanced Medical Supply. The employee was very friendly. I asked if I needed an appointment and she said, “ oh no, it takes ten seconds to measure for compression socks.”
I would highly recommend Advanced Medical Supply. I will never go into Family Medical again.
I just need to call to cancel my “appointment” for next week.

A friend recommend
ed an upright rollator, so I dropped by to check it out. Having had a stroke two years ago, walking was difficult. But the ablitity to stand straight enabled me to walk without exhaustion. I just bought an upright rollator from Family Medical...but I think I am going to like it!
