Minutes after they received my reservation from the insurance they called! Everyone there was so amazing and accommodating. They went above and beyond any car rental place I’ve ever dealt with. They even gave me a ride to the car dealership. I had three of the rentals and each one was clean and well cared for. I can’t recommend this enterprise enough. I can’t remember all of their names, but I sure hope they get a nice Christmas bonus.

Everything went as smoothly as possible renting a full size SUV for a trip to The Palladium in Worcester Massachusetts. The employees were very polite and friendly during the pickup and return of the vehicle and then the courtesy drop off was helpful too. Thanks Enterprise of Rutland

I have worked in customer service for over 16 years and they get a 5 start from this girl! There were some initial issues that were out of their control that happened and they made it right. They upgraded me in what someone would see as a dream car! Fast and efficient with each customer coming in and out. Each representative that I have had contact, either on the phone or in person with has been polite and patient. Very pleased!

The experience first arrived is fine. The car we rent also looks not bad. However the guys said that they are going give us an empty gasoline as start, which was not quite right when we return the car. As we found out we supposed to return with quater of the tank full.
