I had an incredible experience with this florist. They delivered a stunning bouquet to my mom for Mother's Day. The flowers far surpassed the pictures on their website, which don't do justice to the breathtaking arrangement that arrived. Living in South Florida, it can be challenging to send high-quality flowers across the country to LA, but this company made it not only possible but memorable. The bouquet was vibrant, fresh, and beautifully arranged, making it the perfect gift for such a special occasion. My husband purchased flowers for me for Valentines Day from Enchanted Florist. This was my first V day not owning a shop and I'll be honest.. I am super picky when it comes to flowers. Truth be told this is the most stunning arrangement I have ever received! My husband just told them to do Designer's Choice and just told them what flowers I don't care for. 10/10 I will absolutely use them when I need to send flowers to my friends and family in the area.

I went here this morning as an errand for work. My boss asked me to purchase a bouquet for his mother for her birthday, but didn't mention which kind of flowers or a price point.

Luckily, with the knowledgeable staff at the shop, this was not an issue whatsoever. The female florist who attended me asked me for an estimated price point - settled at $150 - and asked me if a spring bouquet would work. I agreed and let me tell you - she has a beautiful touch, I LOVED the arrangement and wished that I was keeping it myself!

The bouquet was assembled within 15 minutes from scratch, and they flew by quickly while admiring the beauty of the shop itself and all the arrangements they have for sale.

After taking the bouquet to the recipient, she asked that I go back to the shop and ask to put the bouquet into this crystal vase she had in her home. When I returned, a man who I presume to be the owner helped me right away, handed my bouquet over the same woman who helped me earlier. They let me know they were gonna work magic to get it done - and the results show that magic!

The owner even put the vase in a box with tissue paper for the car ride, and walked the box to my car.

I would highly recommend this shop for all your needs! Bouquets, prearranged plant sets, crystals, etc.

Friends have said you NEED to stop in & check it out - still haven't & now probably won't.

My amazing husband bought flowers for my birthday on Tuesday 9/5...a beautiful red rose bouquet. I was so thrilled....until Thursday morning when I realized all the roses had fallen at the bud 🙁 I couldn't believe that these big beautiful rose buds had not had the wire support added to keep them upright. Given the price paid by my husband and the quality of the craftsmanship or lack there of, we won't be return ing customers - very disappointed!

Ordered a boquet over the phone. Owner had it ready within an hour and half of placing my order. Absolutely stunning arrangement. I had requested mostly purples and lavender and all I can say is WOW!!

UPDATE: This store has had incredible service and beautiful floral for years. They are in transition between locations so things are a jumble. But they were very responsive to my concerns and happy to discuss options. Will try them again soon.
