I'm a truck driver, I go here almost everyday to deliver freight, but they don't let drivers into the restrooms. How come a freight forwarder don't allow OTR and LTL delivery drivers to use the warehose restrooms ? They just put a stinky and dirty portable toilet outside for us ! Shame on you !

Took a little while to get empty. It's a process trying to get a door because most of the workers don't know English. Took me about 3 hours to get a bonded load off my trailer, I've been to a lot worse then here. Average place in my books.

To be frank it isn't logical as to why this company asks for any level of customer review, as apparently its just a 'good to have' in their case. This company is highly slipshod, unempathetic, disorganized, unaccountable, lacking in delivery of services offered and treats customer service as a non-entity to the day to day operations of their business. Please be fully AWARE of this entity and ensure that you do not fall into the trap of discourtesy and non-delivery. We need not stress more as it relates to the negligence of this company. ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Worst place to deliver in Miami. Slow workers, tight place to park, rude employees that don't care if you have to wait 5 hours to deliver 1 pallet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Worst place to deliver a load. Usually it takes 5 to 7 hours. Today after 5 hours waiting was told can't receive your load.. avoid if possible. I hope they go out of business

Rip off. I prepaid shipping from Miami Florida to Madrid Spain, door to door. Then I was charged before clearing customs on arrival almost the same amount of the shippping for "expenses" like Euros 75 for "forms" and many other non sense items such as "Euros 48 handling" and " Euros 96 for loading" . Never again Won't recommend

Great place for your international shipping. Decent staff. Below average facility. I had no problem getting everything done in a timely fashion.

Staff is has poor costumer service
They act like they dont care i seen many drivers get upset with the poor costumer service they provide lines are long not becuase they busy but because the way they organize is ineffective and its easy to see some warehouse staff dont have skill to use forklift properly
I will avoid as much as i can to come here again
