The check in and out is fast and easy. Denisse and all the staff are efficient, friendly and always in a good mood. They make it an enjoyable experience. Scale on site. Plenty of room for proper back in on the dock doors.

very good delivery experience, checked in 1 hour early , large street parking before right turn stop sign, . no one said in the review about the street parking i did, and i spent my 10 hour in wyoming. 120 miles away.

Very fast unloading! I arrived a day early for delivery, and even though they were unable to unload the live load early they tried to accommodate me. They have free showers, and they got me in as early as they could the next morning. As soon as I docked the red light came on and they started unloading. I was out with an hour!!

Doesn't get much better than this. Easy pleasant check in at the guard shack. They verified where I'm going to make sure they load properly so you can scale for Cali. Free axle scale on site to check and get reworked if needed. Nice clean drivers lounge with showers. Quickly loaded an hour before appt time 🤙

Fast check in for me, slide tandems to the rear before entering. We had a drop and hook everything went fine till we scaled at there location. We got reworked 2wise and was still out within the 1hr mark. I had a cali load so it was more strict on tandems.

Audrey and Denisse are 100% the best and the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. Both are always super nice and professional even when drivers aren't so kind to them. On the days Audrey and Denisse do not work, I dread coming here. There's one girl named Jade. She is unpredictable when it comes to her customer service. I check in she is nice, but when I check out, she is downright hateful, rude, and unbelievably unprofessional. It's absolutely ridiculous that she is able to treat drivers the way she does. Like I said before, 5 stars only because of Audrey and Denisse. Otherwise, it would be negative stars because of Jade being so jaded.

The gals at the gate are super nice and helpful always. I’m usually in and out of there pretty quick. They have very clean restrooms as well. Good place to go in a semi. It’s easy to get in and out and maneuver
