I recently visited Desi Dhaba and found the place to be quite relaxing. I visited twice to put a good review.
The owner has clearly put in a lot of effort to create a space that gives off a nice desi vibe, which I really appreciated. It’s a cozy spot with a unique ambiance that stands out. I am sure they can arrange for family party or any event. They have huge space for that. This is a perfect place for family or friends get togather.

As for the food, While the flavors are decent, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of quality. With a little more attention to the food, this place could easily become a go-to spot for authentic desi cuisine.

Overall, it’s worth a visit for the atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Desi Dhaba in Winnie, Texas, and I can confidently say it was worth every mile of our journey from Dallas! The food was absolutely perfect, bringing back the authentic taste of a true Indian dhaba that I miss so much here in the U.S. Every dish was flavorful and reminded me of the homemade meals I’ve had back in India.

What made the experience even better was the family-friendly atmosphere. They have a great play space for kids, and I also got to enjoy the hichka, something I’ve truly missed since coming to the States. The outdoor seating area allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather while indulging in some of the best food I’ve had in a long time.

To top it off, they have peacocks and rabbits on the premises, adding a cute and peaceful touch to the whole experience. If you’re in the area, Desi Dhaba is a must-visit for an authentic and delightful meal that takes you straight back to India!

Driving from Houston to Atlanta and saw the sign on highway about this place.
So we decided to take exit and it was right on interstate 10 E.
They have dining area as well. Around 40 to 50 this is where sitting and eating. Looks like it is quite popular place.
Food was good too

We had an amazing experience at the Punjabi Dhaba! Pawan at the cashier counter was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our visit even more special. The atmosphere truly felt like being in India — so authentic and lively!

The highlight of our meal was the paneer bhurji — OMG, it was absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and we couldn’t get enough. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Punjabi food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Desi dhaba style restaurant that has a nice ambience. It is certainly family friendly with outdoor play area for kids. We were a group of 10 and the restaurant accommodated a lat minute reservation, so that was nice. We ordered a goat curry, lamb korma, chole, a whole pomfret, butter chicken, some garlic naans and aloo parathas. Most of the food was good. A little spicy, but tasty. The goat curry was the worst dish. The meat felt uncooked. Even after informing the server, they didn’t seem to care. Another thing was not nice is that they don’t give you water until you ask for it. It is charged.

The Food was full of flavors and rich spices....it was amazing! It was New years eve and we arrived around 10:30p.m. Before on arrival you see Desi Dhaba very decorative and has beautiful lighting from the outside , you can see lovely family's enjoying the place. Fire pits with laughter. Kids being kids with no worries, dude they have a small zip line for kids! That's so B.A. They had a beautiful fireworks display through the night! Inside dining was cozy like rosy[relaxing] Our server who's name starts with an S was full of hospitality and was very helpful a very humble and well mannered man.
