Mother’s Day and Not good service
We arrived at around 11:30am
Usually the food is of good. Service is always been slow. We are fairly polite to our waiters/waitresses with please and thank you(s). We ordered drinks and it took a little bit, figured they had just opened recently as there had not been a lot of people there. We got our drinks and then ordered. Watching as others sit down to their tables and order drinks and appetizers. We had only ordered two appetizers ourselves and I ordered another drink. Finally around 12:30pm at this point I got up and had to ask for the other drink and had watched as tables had been served drinks and food. This was not due to being short staffed, seemed like even the manager was doing what the wait staff was supposed to be doing from the start. We had originally wanted to spend some time playing games after lunch. In the end I didn’t expect on Mother’s Day of all days that we would be waiting and looking around for the food and drinks to arrive. This has happen to us the last 3-4times we tried to visit. We will not be returning to Dave and Busters! We understand everyone has a job to do and it may be difficult, but an hour wait for two appetizers and a whiskey/coke, Coke and one small water. 🤷🏼‍♂️

We came here for my son’s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. We also ordered Parmesan Fries, Queso, Kid’s Pizza, Kid’s Mac n Cheese, Chicken Potstickers, and Wings. We enjoyed the wings but everything else was meh. However, their Watermelon Margarita was delicious! Service was great from the time we entered we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt, so she made up for the disappointing food. But we were here to have fun playing games, which turned the experience around because the games were so much fun. They have a bigger variety of games compared to Fat Cat’s down the street. The games cater to older kids and adults, which is a plus for big families. Not gonna lie, the game cards are very pricey but worth it because of the big variety of games. They also have a better prize selection than their competitors. All in all, you should come to Dave and Buster’s to enjoy drinks and have fun playing games but definitely eat before hand. 😅

100xs better than the D&B in San Jose, CA. Their games are fun, their ticket store isn't empty like in San Jose.
I just wish they hadn't changed their "roulette" game. But, the one with all the stacked coins is the best. The ones with the cards doesn't pay out as well.
The employees were exceedingly nice and helpful.

Incredibly understaffed. Waited 15 mins for the bartender to take my drink order. She had to wait on tables. Waited 10 minutes after I wad donw with food to take the plates away. Waited 20 mins to pay for my check. Not good.

The saice for the mozzarella sticks tasted like tomato paste. No seasoning. Fries were fresh.

First time visiting this location, and had a great time! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy at all, which was nice when bringing little ones.

The inside is big, with a ton of games to play! There is a large bar area with plenty of seating both booths and high tops. TVs everywhere with all sorts of sports on.

We came for the games and it was fantastic! This location is very clean and it was noticeable. There are plenty of games for all ages, too. Getting your play card was very straightforward and the hostess does a great job walking you through the process. Plenty of kiosks to check your token/ticket balances too.

The prize section had a wide range of items to choose from. The only knock would be how many tickets you need, even for the smaller items. Definitely worth saving up for things.

Overall, we really enjoyed this Dave & Buster's!

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointed about that situation. Other than that like many have said it's small but I thought it was ok for not having to drive far.

Ok, Here we go on Dave and Busters...The bartender was waiting at the bar and tables which prevented her from actually acknowledging me for 15 mins. Lack of staff was absolutely terrible. Wings were meh. Asked for extra crispy and weren't. The management is completely useless. They were just sitting at a table not helping. Again terrible experience.

Food is always good here. I personally get a burger or wings and never had an issue. My daughter wasn't huge fan of the pizza but likes their mac n cheese. They are offer amazing drinks!
