My family dined in at Costa Vida tonight. My little boy and I ordered kids meals and this is the amount of meat on our tacos. I pointed it out to the worker and she seemed bothered. My husband talked to another worker and was told that there was nothing they could do. We frequent Costa Vida and have a good idea of the portions. Today was awful. Basically a tortilla with a pinch of meat. We won’t come back to this location.

Dry steak that’s been sitting out to long. not to mention very little steak, very little cheese, and very little beans.And get any toppings on nachos, no pico on burrito. it’s on the receipt. Terrible experience. Pictures explain well.

I couldn't understand the employees when I ordered my burrito, I was expecting a simple bean rice lettuce with salsa, instead she moved too quick and I only got a bean and rice burrito with old red sauce on it, eventually when I did ask for lettuce they put it on the side. Queso was old and solidish which was sad cause I was hyped for the queso. 2/10 would rather eat chipotle.

Got 2 burritos, a chicken quesadilla and 2 cinnamon tortillas. There was a very little portion of meat, no flavor, the consistency of the rice and beans was very poor, the taste of the red salsa was bad. The cinnamon tortillas didn’t taste good. Not even the horchata and the coke tasted good. Very disappointing, I feel scammed. Very disappointed.

Ordered a Baja bowl and was very surprised how little of everything they put in it, except for the tortilla strips they put on top. It barely filled the smallest container half way thanks to the tortilla strips. For the same price my husband got a salad that filled the large container. I didn't expect it to look like the overflowing picture on the menu, but it would have been nice to have a full meal.

Are you guys going bankrupt or something? Ask for extra meat (4oz) and it’s not weighed, then your lad scoops up the most sparing amount he can into my burrito. If I’m paying $15 for a burrito I expect something with a bit more girth and filling. Even the rice was scooped in and then spread to the smallest layer possible across the burrito and called good. I don’t expect to be overloaded but it’s insulting to see your resources spread so thin across the tortilla.
Great taste though, flavor needs 0 work.

I ordered a take out order on the app for 15 different meals for work. It was ready and hot when we got there. Everything was there and correct. They did awesome.
