Their drivers start driving in our backyards on Felix Road at 4:30/5:00 in the morning. There is NOTHING courteous about their drivers. They speed, hit their horns and jake brakes, slap their trucks against the pavement (the road is wrecked because of these trucks and the gravel trucks), pass school buses and passenger vehicles. Between the concrete trucks, belly dumps and dump trucks, we're getting 200-400 trucks in our backyards every day except Sunday. It's ridiculous. We can't even enjoy our own homes. They're horrible neighbors and their drivers are unprofessional. It's just a matter of time before one of them kills someone on Felix Road. We're NOT intended to be an access road between plants. There are other routes that are named "highways" for a reason. They should try those routes instead of driving in our yards.

Your driver almost ran me off the road on ironwood, before the 24 heading north. Roughly 9:40am November 4th, 2024. I had to slam on my brakes as he decides to change lanes and I'm on the side of him. Missed me by inches. License plate 0CA 2FK I believe but was covered with hoses.

You’re concrete truck drivers need to go back to school. Got cut off by TWO of your trucks pulling out within THIRTY SECONDS! So not safe and total bs. Your drivers shouldn’t pull out with a second to spare for reaction time. You shouldn’t have to worry about turning out of your neighborhood and then almost immediately get cut off and almost hit by a concrete truck that could have waited 3 more seconds. Your trucks are not a priority, and they need to stop acting like they are. This is a residential area, and your drivers need to know that and realize that they’re only causing safety hazards. I know by just how your workers treat the roadway that I would never want to do business with you. Something to think about for your trucks who carelessly pull out in a residential areas.

Props to Core Ready Mix drivers, thank you for being very courteous on the roadways. I know it’s a difficult task dealing with a lot of the inconsiderate drivers in the San Tan Valley area I’ve seen many cut you as well as other big truck drivers off plenty of times throughout the last year.
