We used to send with this company for about 15 years. But we're not longer sending with them for the lack of professionalism and management. We sent presents to our family and neighbors for Mother's Day the first week of April and now, June 6th nobody in that company tells me something smart about it. Today I was told we have to wait 2 more weeks to be delivered. They just don't respect a bit their clients. Guys remember: this IS NOT VENEZUELA, just round the corner there's a bunch competitive shipping companies. If you want to succes you must think about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I have sent packages to Venezuela at least 6 times and they have all arrived within the promised time unless there are strikes, political marches or lack of electricity. They have always arrived to their destination which is amazing given the current situation the country is going through.

Not reliable. I sent a package the first of December and the package still hasn’t arrived. It has taken 2 months. They had an excused every week and finally called today that if family wanted the package they had to go get in instead of coming to them as promised.

To be a Venezuelan is not an excused for mediocre work. I am Venezuelan and you have to raise above and your word means everything.

It's a shame that you step into their Miami warehouse area and immediately feel the lack of customer service attention we felt back in Venezuela. People won't help unless you ask for attention and even after that they abandon you and hang around doing nothing or socializing with customers. After 15 minutes of disrespect I left the premises. Guys remember: this IS NOT VENEZUELA, just around the corner there is competition. If you want to succes you must think about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

They don't follow instructions for sending packages, they do whatever they want making you pay for higher rates. It doesn't matter how many times you send emails to their office telling them the way you want your packages to be sent. They don't return calls, very poor service. Don't recommend working with Conavenca look for some other company with better service in Miami, there is a bunch!

They are very responsible people as it makes it possible that I had no longer 5 days to send some things there for your office and I do not have any means of an answer if they sent it one they sent it and it happened to me previously with some boxes that they had to send in one date and they sent it was for the next one and there was no information or anything so they are very responsible
