What an experience ... what's good about conagra they have overnight parking no restrooms for drivers no Johnny on the spot yard jock on 1st shift has an aggressive attitude too many chiefs and not enough Indians

Worst place to pick up. With a long wait time, have to call number to check in only to be told we will fit you in when we can even with an appointment time.

This is the worst place to pick-up, no office no where to check in only a number that no one will answer even if you leave a voice mail they will never respond back. It's waste of time and money coming here. 25 calls to their shipping office and no answer no call back.

When you first get here for a deliverery there is a sign by the outside docks that direct you straight to a drop yard where there is a phone number posted dial it to check in. If you are a live unload most likely they’ll have you drive back toward those docks you just passed, pull up to the stop sign, park and walk toward the fence on the right side of those docks and drop your bills inside the white tube. Then make a left (on W Calumet St) then right on S Hickory St where you’ll see a little driveway on the right side wait there a little and they’ll remotely open the gate for you. Once inside, someone will come out and talk to you. They have four docks, the day I was here, they were using only one for live unloads. Each truck takes about an 1hr to unload. So if you’re a third or fourth in a row you are going to wait for few hours. I was empty 2hrs after my appt time. Slide, drop, chock, and disconnect .After unloading you drive back to the front where you pick up your bills from the tube. Employees were professional and courteous.

As soon as you get to the plant take a left on s walnut, on your left on s walnut there is phone numbers on the fence, park in the drop yard and call it for instruction.

Frustrating. You arrive and sign says to redirect you to there holding lot. Dusty. Potholes. Craters ..call or Walk across the street. Paper work for delivery in a tube. You place in one side and they retrieve on the other side. Covid bs

Do not show up before your appointment time they will not take you early. Also they are very slow to unload you and you will be setting for hours, very unprofessional attitude from checking in to departing.
