Their driver admittedly ran into the entry keypad pole to the HOA community. The HOA had the approved vendor that does all gate repair as well as programming the keypad that had to be replaced. Carrs refuses to reimburse the HOA for full damages. Horrible customer service and experience with several of the management team members.

I have a contract/ receipt/work order that clearly specifies assembly included with the white glove delivery that I paid extra for, they sent 2 delivery guys that had no idea how to assemble my equipment and they clearly stated to me that they were just delivery guys and their boss a Mr. David Reyes told them to figure it out. Terrible and incompetent service. Now I have an expensive piece of equipment in pieces that I can't use and Carrs delivery doesn't care or even tried to make it right. They stole the money I paid for the white glove delivery service. When I called them for assistance they claim they do not do assbly, yet it clearly states assembly included in the contract/work order/receipt. Another subpar company with crap service, zero integrity and just out to steal your money.

This delivery company is the worst, they will never delivery anything for me again. They show up a day late and rude, I ask way it's a day late and the driver said in a rude way he doesn't know.

3 skids. 20 minutes and most of that was my fault. Very fast and efficient here. I didn't bring a jack so they did unload me by forklift. Thanks!!

They sent one person to deliver a 250+ lb console (solid metal, marked as 390 lbs in the crate on the delivery form). Am currently working with them to resolve some of the issues encountered. They did agree it should have definitely been, and was supposed to be, a 2 person job. They've been great over the phone, hoping the experience continues to improve.

And I would like to know WHY this company expect any person to lift a 400 lb bed and put it together when you literally have three employees but promising customers the world. Are your employees getting extra pay for assembling furniture? Are their backs protected ? Companies like this is the epitome of WHY people are no longer loyal to jobs . This company is terrible. Ask me how I know.

The representative that called to schedule the delivery as well as the delivery driver were very friendly and courteous. The driver arrived towards the beginning of the scheduled window and worked quickly and carefully.
Very pleasant surprise compared to many other delivery companies I have experienced.
