This is the worst company. I can not believe they are in business. My original contact person was Sandy. She had no idea how to return a phone call. And rarely returned emails, and usually a couple days later. She never explained anything. She was good at adding charges to my orginal bill. They never told me when my 8,000 pounds of cargo would be arriving. I learned from the truck driver the morning of. I tried speaking with other employees and asked them for help. One person helped for a little bit. I have let my shipping company in Bali know how upset I am with their choice of the company. My last shipment with a different company was a breeze. Stay away from this company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I had some questions about the goods being shipped and got on a call with Sandy Wang. I don’t know if she is the owner but she won’t let me finish explain my concerns and goes her own way. One of the worst customer service. I even sent an email to send quotes and questions to be answered to her but she never responded. One of the worst experiences with customer service. No wonder the ratings are so low for this company.

What a nightmare. I wire transferred money to them and went to pick up the cargo from China, but they refused to release it saying they haven't received my money. I wasn't aware that it was a 3-day wire transfer from Bank of America (why should it take so long?) So I went to their bank, Chase, and deposited the money so that my husband who spent all day renting U-haul and went there could pick it up. My bank teller told me the deposit would show in their account. I even texted and emailed the receipt of deposit. But they wouldn't release the cargo saying they didn't receive money, and then said their accountant already went home. I even talked to Sandy's supervisor but she was worse. They lie, don't care anything about you except money, and customer service is horrible.

This company is the worst of the worst!!!! We had one LCL shipping. Committed delivery was 14th Aug.
Delivery was 17th September . Eda the girl working for this company was unable to find out the reason for the delay. We almos have to wait 4 on customer side !!! Then on then 17th we ordered the cargo 2pm because the forklift was ready 1:30pm. Truck was to early. Left around 1:40. The Trucker Mike personally told me this is not our fault, and he will charge nothing. Now the Top of the story: Eda from CTL Öax send us an invoice for 1h wait time!! That’s disgusting!!! There was absolutely now waiting time.
We absolutely never will do business with this company!

I will never use this company for freight broker services. They do not do broker services in house and use a third party. They are not helpful, Eda does not know how to communicate timely and answer your questions even when asked three times. They clearly do not care of these reviews, I wish I had read these before using them but hope here is to help that next person make a knowledgeable choice.
