Really enjoy this new store discovery. I am an online and bargain shopper usually, but it was 100% more effective to purchase a bike in person.
The staff working here greet you immediately and walk you through finding what’s best for you and your body type etc.
They went out of their way to assemble my new bike in time for a bicycle outing I wanted to do the following day.
I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and my new ride!
I will definitely be back for every little thing I need, to get their expert advice.

New bike day!!! Super excited for my new GasGas G Trail 3.0. Drew was absolutely a ROCKSTAR in getting me on this bike. The entire staff is super knowledgeable. Best bike shop around. Cannot wait to hit the trails. Go see these guys, awesome store.

I've been going out to bushwacker for my repairs for about a year now. They have done really a good job majority of the time. A few times I've left the store with minor malfunctions still but nothing too serious.

Except for the last time when I got my bike spring tuned, the day after I got it home the chain was skipping on me as I was racing causing undue stress and pressure, resulting in a knee injury.
Other than that incident no complaints.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience purchasing skis and boots for me and my kid (Just boots for my kid). Rich was so helpful in finding the right boots and skis for us and was able to get the bindings installed and tuned in time for us to use the skis this weekend. He is also really knowledgeable on all things skiing and shared some of that knowledge with us. Thanks Rich and team! Great job!

Back for the Tent Sale in September! I have to mention the staff at Bushwhacker is awesome! Drew and Ethan helped set up my new cycling shoes and provided customer service that was next level. Check out was completed by Jake, who also provided awesome conversation and set the tone for a great day! Can't recommend this place highly enough! Always a great experience!

Really like this store! Whenever we are in Peoria I always have to stop! Great selection of bikes, specifically mountain bikes! They also have tons of gear and always have a clearance section with plenty of hidden gems!

My daughter and I were shopping for Uggs and Birkenstock shoes. We were assisted by both Matthew and Jake during our visit. Both gentlemen were so helpful and Jake went out of his way to search their inventory (numerous times) for us to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Jake even confirmed that I was wearing the incorrect size of Birkenstock shoe! I am grateful for the attention and exemplary service we received from him. Thanks, Jake! We will be back soon!

My husband and I are traveling from Florida to Oregon over a three month camping/biking/hiking/kayaking trip. We stopped here after our Yakima roof racks broke for repair. Wow! What a store! We have traveled extensively and have to say this is by far the best outdoor gear/clothing ect ect store we’ve come across! Jessica, Matt and Jake were patient, knowledgeable and bonus….fun! Love this store! Of you are in the Peoria area it is a definite go too! They have all your adventure needs and then some!

Bushwhacker is one of the best bike shops I’ve ever been too! Every time I go in I feel welcome and comfortable, asking questions and getting great gear advice and help with my bike!
