I used Blair’s Farm & Fleet for the first time while staying in Tennessee since I couldn’t find my pup’s Grain Free All Life Stages Beef & Sweet Potato Dog Food locally. My order came from this location. Not only did they have the best price, but they also shipped it very quickly! Great experience overall—I'll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

We love this store! It’s bright and spacious, with all sorts of fun and useful stuff. They have great sales, and a wide selection of clearance items. I especially love shopping there around the holidays. Staff are nice and helpful as well! It’s a drive from where we live, but it’s totally worth it!

I loved farm and fleet. Second time this vehicle gets tires at this location. I called to make an appointment for new tires. I arrive on set appointment date. When i get home, i notice two of the four tires are of different brands. The incorrect tires are a brand that they don't even carry and one being mounted on each axle (big no-no according to tire shops) I called and they stated come back, i go back the following morning. They stated the tire tech only saw the tire sticker and didn't pay attention to the actual tire. Which is ridiculous since 1. Its two tires and 2. It gets an “inspection and alignment”. After dropping off vehicle the following morning, i get a call back. Go to the desk where a tech states they don't have the tires in stock!! Which is ridiculous and leads me to believe they placed the two unknown brand tires on and hoped i wouldn't of paid attention. They rescheduled me for later service. I went back finally installed proper tires. I asked what my discount/credit will be for this major inconvenience. A whopping 39$. Incredible. Last time going to farm and fleet.

I placed order 30782735 for pickup at the store. I received an email that the my $1000+ order was available for pickup. I drove 35 minutes to the store to pickup the items. When I arrived they were going to give me a floor model with the accessories in a plastic bag. The bag was missing accessories and the second battery. The 12ah Milwaukee battery that was missing retails for $250. I asked the employee in the drive through as well as the manager where the second battery was. They insist it was in the bag. I asked them to open it up and show my the second battery and they couldn't. There was only one battery inside the plastic bag. The manager said he would go get me the battery and disappeared for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the employee working the drive through made me move out of the drive through even though there were no other cars waiting. I waited another 15 minutes after moving my vehicle before I had enough and went inside to go to the customer service desk. Once customer service desk tracked down the manager, the manager said they don't have a battery and I would have to go pick up the battery at another store. Why was I waiting for 45 minutes outside? The other store is 30 minutes additional away from my home for a total of 65 minute one way trip. They offered zero apologies, zero discount, and were rude and made it seem like I was the inconvenience. I will be posting this review on other public platforms. This was a terrible experience and I returned the order and will not be shopping at Blain's Farm and Fleet in the future due to this experience.

I love this store !!!! They have so many things for pets and Household . I love the staff always so polite and helpful. The Managers Matty very knowledgeable for animal needs and Melody has helped me out a few times when looking for items or just to walk up and ask if I needed assistance . I make this store my weekly go to place ,love the onsite vet that comes in to help with shots .Amazing place clean ,friendly and great prices .

Huge store. It has everything you can think of when you have a farm or not. I buy my 40 lb. pine pellets there to use as cat litter. It's great, economical at 6.99 a bag, environmentally better and it helps with odor. This bag lasts me longer than regular litter
