Yes indeed this was a most rewarding experience in finding and buying a trailer. Their inventory is most extensive and complete. From the little ones to the big guys, they have them all.
The required paperwork was complete and well organized. It was indeed a pleasure to do business with these folks !

Love my trailer and their sales support- had a couple defective lights- they ordered up and are waiting on me to fix it- top notch trailer glides on highway and articulates beautifully. 7x14 enclosed v nose in very close color match to truck. Not cheap but reasonable price for quality product. I recommend them all day from my experience.

My Fisher V-plow stopped working completely during snowstorm. I went to Big Tex in N. Clarendon and explained what had happened. I was handed a $25 solenoid along with instructions and a little sympathy and after a 15 minute installation, I was back in business. Thanks again guys, Rene

A week later my sander stops working. Back up to N. Clarendon, and they had a new motor and brackets in stock, along with instructions that even I could follow. Thank you once again. I'm thinking of moving closer to Rutland, Rene

Great service. I showed up 10 minutes before close (I know…. A-hole move), however, they still continued to help me find parts regardless without issue. I brought rusty broken parts off my trailer, and some “kinda” helpful photos. Regardless, they were able to find me exactly what I need for my trailer. My trailer is not a BigTex, but luckily they service all kinds of trailers. Prices were very good, better than online and less than I would have expected from a shop. Very pleased with the service. Very knowledgeable, personable folks. Highly recommend. I can say for certain this will be where I go for all my future trailer needs. Thank you for keeping my business on the road!😁

Just had an awesome experience with Rob and the crew over at big Tex in Rutland. They hooked up our construction company with the 14 foot low profile dump trailer and we were in and out within 45 minutes. They worked with us to get us in budget and make sure we got everything we wanted. Will be returning to give them more of our business this winter to buy plows for the trucks and an equipment trailer for our tools.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!! Rob, Josh and Eddie saved the day for our business! When our trailer went out of commission, the team at Lucky's were able to outfit another trailer for me the same day so that I could get back on the road and serve my customers. So I came to the shop not knowing if my trailer had wiring issues or my truck did. Rob, Travis and Eddie treated me with such respect, let me ask my novice (and yes I admit stupid questions) and answered them all in a timely fashion. They fixed up my trailer in no time, assessed my truck in 5 minutes (ground wasn't connected, Rob and Eddie knew just by how I described it to them) and had both running in no time. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and timely help. I recommend them for your trailer needs (just wish they worked on car engine too, hard to find a good mechanic).
