Dear company with the loud name "Better Trucks". You delivered me a parcel that was opened, from which part of the order was taken out. I already left a request on your website on 12/22/2024 under the number (35200). I provided you with photo evidence. I do not understand your silence, is it the company itself that commits theft? Or will you find the culprits and deliver to me what was stolen? In the photo of the parcel delivery, on your website, taken by your courier, it is clear that you delivered me an opened package! How should this be understood? Do you steal the contents of the parcels? And then do not respond to the request from the client? Or do your employees do this and you protect them?

Stay away from this company! They have lost two of my packages within a week! I understand things happen and when the first one got lost, I was very understanding.. but TWO different packages

Also, they are deleting real reviews from real customers that talk about their own similar experience. Why would they have to delete reviews To cover up This is all alleged, since I don’t want to get in trouble. But all I’m saying is that there were at LEAST 50 negative reviews in the last month saying the same thing happened to them, and now they’re all gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if this one disappears, too.

This company sucks!

Edit: apparently they have TWO pages to leave reviews, so I guess they are not deleting reviews. But they still suck !

Had a package coming from AliExpress that was said to be delivered but was not, looking at the route they delivered it to the wrong place but the map isn't detailed enough to show where. They have no way to contact them about missing packages on their website nor does their phone number give you the option. They are clearly the worst of the worst and need to fail miserably and quickly before they ruin many more people's day. I will do my part.

This is the proof of delivery. Get real.

I wanted to make sure that I left a review for Better Trucks as I saw there were quite a few negative ones. The item that I ordered I have to be home for to provide my identification . I ran an errand this morning and when I got home I checked the tracking and saw that they had attempted delivery a few minutes before I had gotten home. I started to freak out because I'm not familiar with this delivery company. I did not have High Hopes after I read some of the reviews. However, I sent a message through their website to them and received a response in probably 35 minutes or so. We exchanged a couple messages and Jazmin was very kind and courteous. Not long after that I received a phone call from the delivery driver saying that he was in the area again wanted to make sure I was home and was going to deliver it. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my message. I was happy with how nice they were to deal with. The guy who actually did the delivery could not have been nicer even though it was raining outside. Maybe if I had an attitude when I was dealing with them it might have been different but that doesn't do anyone any good. Thank you better trucks!!!

Addition: I will truly never get over this. The fact that they lost 2 items that are now discontinued on the website and did not find the package. Every time I email them the same person responds and they say the same exact message. Is this company just robots? If I could rate zero stars I would. Also, the company's response to my original review -- are you looking for it I don't think you are. FIND MY PACKAGE PLEASE!!!

Edit: After reaching out to Better Trucks, they have said that my package is lost. I am so upset, especially because these items are out of stock on the website and I can't reorder. If a company you're ordering from contracts with them, cancel your order. I really don't understand how my package could be lost.

I am so upset. I ordered a package from mango and they utilized better trucks to deliver my package, which says it was delivered yesterday, but it was not at my door or in my mailbox. After reading all of these reviews I am so scared I will never receive my package. I am hoping they have it and can still deliver it to me. I don't understand how this could happen. I have never had this problem with any other company delivering a package (UPS, Fedex, Amazon).

Driver delivered a package that I didn't order. It was meant for a different address. He also defaced my mailbox by using a permanent marker to write the package's address on my mailbox. I contacted the company. They sent him back to pick up package. The driver insisted that it wasn't a big deal and that I could remove the marker with water. I told him to do it. He used his water bottle to try to remove the numbers he wrote on my mailbox. It didn't work and I wouldn't return his package. He kept insisting it was no big deal and he kept explaining that many homes have two separate addresses . I told him that I'd never heard of that. Not in this city and not in this country. He was very rude and cocky. He wanted me to only speak to him in Spanish as I was recording our interaction. I told him I was recording this for his company to see . He left and later returned with a can of paint and painted my mailbox.
This company management never responded to my complaint. I called the police department to report vandalism by this company. They do not deserve even one star rating but this review cannot be posted unless I give them a star. Garbage company!!!

Updates are delayed, poor tracking, and no delivery estimation no email or text notifications. Which means you constantly have to check the tracking page to see when your package is out for delivery, and if your package needs a signature you're stuck sitting at the door. which is what happened to me, not once but twice and I still don't have my package. Never even saw the driver come up to the door on my home camera. Want to contact their support? good luck, they have no number for customer support and only a Zendesk page. By far the worst shipping service and customer support I've ever dealt with.

I haven't received my package. Although the status indicates that it has been delivered. I've been at home all day. There was no courier. Please return the money I spent or my parcel. I work hard to ensure my decent life. But your company has no respect for their work and is probably stealing packages. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to contact the police.
