We have a Maytag washer and dryer from Basin Appliance. I called for a repair at 4:30pm on Friday afternoon before Labor Day Weekend. The representative told me they could not make any promises, but would try to see if the Tech could make it out before the end of the day so we would not have to wait until Wednesday. I was so happy that he not only came out on short notice, but had the part to fix my dryer on the spot. I appreciate the fast friendly service we always receive from Basin Appliance.

We couldn't be happier with how our flooring project came out... From the very beginning through final install we had the best experience of any contractor with these guys. Corey was so clear and helpful in coordinating the project and Jeremiah installed our floors like they were in his own home. Every detail was just right. We bought a speed queen dryer from them three years ago, best dryer purchase ever!! It holds more , drys faster and is quieter than my other dryer with never a days trouble. This week we bought a whirlpool dish washer. Better price than lowes and wow quite. My wife is in love with the third rack. The best part is every time I come in they remember who I am and have a lot of good advise. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will find out. I have always been treated fair. Will be buying from them again.

I had BA install new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, granite counter tops and carpeting in the bedrooms. They did a fantastic Job. I was rehabing my house and they worked with me on installation with my timeline. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much BA for your hard work and for working with me on the timeline that seemed to constantly change.
