I worked here for a year and I regret ever working for this company. The energy and atmosphere was very negative and dispatch mainly, David had a problem with me going home. After I requested home time before i quit, David ignored my request, so I just brought my truck back to fresno and left. David really isn't a good manager and a hostile person. You will find out the other people who work in the office are useless. Go work elsewhere, there's too many good companies to settle for B&B.

So, me and my wife started with B&B in Jan of 2016.... we left in June of 2022. As of Jan of 2023 we are back. Why? Dispatching, consistent good miles and the "real" family atmosphere here. The pay is not the best, nor is it close to the worst. 6500 miles a week for teams is the norm, if u want them. More important to us is the way our concerns have always been listened to and addressed promptly. We love this company and learned the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

I am a new driver but I really like everyone I met at this company. Dispatch, shop employees, recruiter and safety manager are all very professional and I appreciate meeting the owner on the first day. I have lots of miles and a rock solid truck.

Not trusted and not recommended

It's funny to see the safety department try and block these reviews that tell the truth And ask every review for their name, not solve the issues.

They once ran the company without insurance. Because the company is cheep.

The safety department loves authority over drivers so much so they just a nag and fire people.

Yes they did run without insurance and there a paper inside all the registration document folder that talks about how they do you have insurance now and that they ran out without insurance and got caught by the federal government.

If you need fresh refrigerated products delivered then look no further!!! This is the best reefer company in America. All of the trailers are equipped with the newest features to help keep everything at the perfect temperature!! But if you are looking to be a driver, this is your chance to have a safe and exciting career. I can personally tell you that the leadership in this company are genuinely interested in their associate development. They care about their drivers and the staff is very understanding/will work with you.

I'm new to the company , but in a very short period of time , I can say this is one of the best companies I've ever driven for . Usually I can tell right away what kind of company , management , dispatch , etc. , I'm dealing with . Believe me , I have no problem handing keys back and quitting the company if I'm not happy . This company hired me on knowing I had special circumstances that would need to be met in order for me or be able to drive for them . They gave me there word it would not be a problem . Of course I was still leary once I started driving because of past promises from other companies that were given just to get me on the road but never held there end of the bargain . That's just not the case here at B&B . They have been great ! In every department ! Easy to communicate with , never left hangin with any issue , always able to contact someone 24/7 ect. . Thus far , I'm happy to say , I'm glad I've signed on with them . I'm willing to bet that the negative reviews are because they've (ones writing the negative review) done something wrong and are mad at themselves for ruining a good gig and don't know how to take responsibility for there own mistakes or they have nothing better to do with there day but to talk bad about something so they can feel better about there own , low self esteemed , selves . Lol , just sayin. Thanks for everything so far B&B . You've been awesome!

Our main yard and I got there around 14:30 to get some stuff done on my truck and wound up having to spend the weekend because the shop didn't have anyone working on the weekend and I couldn't swap trucks until Monday
