I am active duty military and just PCSd from Okinawa. My stuff arrived here about a month and a half later, and Aztec Moving and Storage delivered my household goods. Jose Cortes, Jose Ruiz, and Lorena Collins were awesome! Super efficient and helpful. They were right on time and communicative early in the morning. They worked very quickly, and were extremely professional and personable. They left my home clean and helped with putting everything away and in its proper place. This was my first military move, and I was randomly assigned to Aztec Moving & Storage. I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team arrived at my home to carefully pack and load all my belongings. They took their time to ensure everything was packed properly. The customer service was excellent—very patient in answering all my questions and accommodating my request for a specific delivery schedule to my new address.

I unfortunately forgot the names of the two staff members who helped with the packing, but they were both wonderful. However, I made sure to remember the name of the delivery driver, Jose Cortes. He drove 9 hours to deliver my items. Jose was very professional, carefully checking each box with me and explaining the delivery process, including how to file claims in case anything was damaged during transport.

Thank you all! I will definitely request Aztec Moving & Storage for my next PCS move.

Being in the military service moving across the country has come with a lot of horror stories, but NOT with Aztec Moving.
From planning to the completion of my move they have been the best service a moving family could ask for.
Everyone from the planning team kept us well informed of every step upcoming so there were no surprises and helped us with all our curious questions.
They packing team was very courteous and efficient. We are a family of 5 in a 5 bedroom house and they had our stuff packed and organized in one day.
The moving team communicated great and was very careful with our stuff. Everything was moved and broken down fast. They even helped put our beds back together once we arrived to our new house.
Aztec took a lot of the stress away from the moving process and I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs help moving.
