So rad for a "country life tourist" like me. Good, honest atmosphere, real people and professional (frequently entertaining) cowboys. Snack shack has real good burgers too. Go for a 1lb duck, 40lb goat, 2,355lb bull or once in a blue moon just to watch and enjoy.

Over the past few years I have purchased 5 horses along with saddles and other equipment. They do a fantastic job! Friendly, helpful staff. The office does a great job tracking past purchases, they're organized, professional while retaining a family operated business feel.

If you aren't a regular customer they realy take advantage. I have given them a couple chances but they always turn out the same. Dishonest. I will never recommend them to anybody. Next time I will just give my stuff away because that is what you are doing there.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had selling animals. I took two cows and three calves to the sale. Somehow I only ended up getting paid for my calves. The brand inspector took my brand inspection on the cows but magically the cows never got put on my ticket. Meaning they were not going to pay me for these two animals. After I found out and had to sort everything out myself we finally found the missing paperwork( may I remind you everything should be on one ticket). They took my 2 yr old milk cow and threw her out in the cull cow pen. After finding this out they promised me that she would be the next cow in. 2 hrs later they finally ran her in and she was one of the last cows to go through the sale. I was one of the first people there in the morning may I add! I realize there is a sale order to follow but when did getting there first mean your selling last? And then I later found out that it was one of the people working at the auction that bought her for bottom dollar. I realize the risk you take selling animals in auctions like this but today that's not what the problem was. The hired hand had simply walked out through the pens and found a cow he wanted and new she would make him money. So they held her till the end when all the buyers had left and then sold her.

I have heard the stories of this happening but never thought someone running a business would really jeopardize their business in order to make a quick buck. I will never suggest this sale and will not have anything good to say about it. This auction looks out for itself and not for the people who actually make it happen. I would highly suggest going to any other auction but here such as the blackfoot sale or the twinfalls auction.

I just hope to protect the future producer's!
