This is DHL. It's not FCFS so ignore whoever said that. Some parking on street. I checked in and got right into a door as I had a noon appt and arrived just before noon. It's now after 4pm and my trailer doors haven't even opened yet.

It's no longer Americold, it's DHL.
It'll take every bit of 10 to 15 minutes to check in so be prepared to wait on the street for a while.
Day time security guard doesn't like truckers so don't expect him to be nice.
You'll wait here a minimum of 4 hours or more so don't come here expecting to get out at a reasonable time.
They do have a driver's area with vending machines and a bathroom for driver's but DON'T ask security to use his!
You are allowed to park on the street and apparently this place is a 24 hr receiving.
I was told it's a FCFS facility.
Good luck and pack breakfast, lunch and dinner, you'll likely be here that long or longer...

This place is Amazing, From the Security to Shipping staff. I arrived 24hrs early and straight away I was given a dock door. I was done within 45min. Kudos 👏 to the staff especially the young man at the Security. Once again. Thank you

Security guys is good old man nice He have over night parking on the street shipping office lady is rude my appointment is 6 am I check in 2:30 am early but check out 9:10 am too long

Don't forget to fill up your reefer. It has to be at least 3/4 full. The security guard was apologetic. Guy at the office was nice.

Takes forever to check in at gate and shipping/receiving office personnel are VERY rude and unreasonable . All I wanted was to make sure my load locks were properly secured on load but they couldn’t let me do that .

Not the best americios at US. They’re really slow, simply don’t care about drivers; what they care about is charging late fees. Even I got here at my appt in time, sitting there for to long. There is parking space for overnight parking just across the street

Hey drivers plz don’t come here they are this my last load I am delivering they don’t know respect they are nasty I come here 3:30 pm now is 6:30 pm still have red light wen I come to check in I was waiting 40 minutes to check in because they talking each other no respect no humanity they are nasty
